“Good hotel in Spokane Valley”

Room was clean, comfortable and very good for the money. We stayed in the main building. Hot tub is indoors and temperature was good (hot) and dry sauna was very satisfactory. Breakfast was included, with only apples as fruit variety, coffee was well made. Waffles were done on waffle maker so they were fresh. TV was older type but worked well with sufficient channels. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The staff was very accomadationg. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool,hot tub and sauna were great! Breakfast was free....and good!

This hotel is great for the price! We will continue to stay here on our annual trip (the 2nd year at this hotel), as long as it is still so affordable. We will pick the 2nd floor next time. Seemed nice not to climb stairs after a long day, but it would have been worth it to not have the lead foot above us rolling in at 1-2 a.m. They were willing to move us, absolutely! But we were all settled in, and after those guests were talked to, it settled down (somewhat). I just know, for future reference, when given the choice, I will take the 2nd floor.

Great room for the price. It's conveniently located in the valley. They have a very nice breakfast. We have stayed there several times for a nice weekend getaway.

We were in town for a meeting. We wanted a less expensive hotel and the Ramada Inn was just across the street. from the hotel where the meetings were held. The Ramada was clean, comfortable, well located and very inexpensive. In addition, they had a free breakfast with good selections. The other hotel had a restaurant and there was no free breakfast. For the price, the Ramada is great. Also, all the staff persons were very friendly and helpful.

My children and I liked the room very much. We especially enjoyed the waffles from the morning breakfast.

“Crusin' thru Coeur d'Alene”

Check in was smooth. Clerk was trying to deal with one disgruntled patron as we arrived, but was able to check us in and get us into the room AND deal with the "problem person" at the same time!! Glad we prebooked thru Expedia!! Later in the evening I had some issues with the phone system and a different clerk could not or would not help me out. So I found a pay phone across the street and made my calls. No big deal to me, but others might not feel that way.....Nice room, great bed, and quite quiet considering the location. I was exhausted. Probably stay here again if need be.
