“First time stay at this hotel”

Our son was catching an early morninig flight and to avoid a rushed four hour drive from Canada, we decided to book a room at this hotel the night before. Upon checking in, there was a glitch encountered with our reservation, but the two ladies at the front desk resolved the issue, courteously and efficiently. Since we were assigned a room on the second floor, with no elevator service in that part of the hotel, and since I am having difficulties walking, I asked for and we were accomodated with a main floor room. I thank the ladies for their understanding. Overall, the room was upkept well and the bed was comfortable, the hotel restaurant offered a tasty breakfast buffet, and the courtesy shuttle service provided is handy indeed.

“Perfect for what I needed.”

I was just returning a rental car at Spokane airport and flying out really early the next morning(5am!) so this hotel, being a stone's throw from the airport was perfect for my needs. Great friendly service, quick shuttle to the airport in the morning was almost unnecessary, due to the proximity, but was nice because of my luggage, and a comfy clean room and bed. Thanks!

“Perfect park & fly.”

It was the perfect stay for the start of our trip to Las Vegas. We parked and flew out in the morning and the shuttle service was great. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast. Even made an extra trip to the North Shuttle parking lot because I wasn't sure if I locked my car. Very nice!

“Enjoyed the Ramada...”

We only stayed the one night prior to our Las Vegas trip. We had a great sleep, nice and quiet. Had a light snack in the bar downstairs in the evening. Waitress was marvelous. We left our car there got the hotel transfer bus in a.m. just so handy. On our return we just walked back over as it is so close and we felt we needed the walk. I would stay here again for sure.

“A very supportive Experience”

Although we had booked a room with a king bed, we asked if we could be closer to the main entrance and they offered us a room with 2 queen beds which was close to the elevator and the entrance. We are both in our seventies, it was almost midnight and we were grateful for the shorter walk. We had our car in storage and they transported us there, boosted our battery(dead after 41/2 months in storage) and saw that we were safe and on our way. When we travel we will continue to be continuing customers.

“Comfortable”

A really short, however comfortable stay, We only stayed over night after arriving in Spokane about 12:15 a.m., so not too familiar with the facilities of the hotel. However, we have stayed here many times in the past when arriving or leaving on vacation to the south of U,S.A.

ok, nice clean hotel with it being close to all amenities
