“great hotel”

This hotel was FANTASTIC!! I stayed in one of the rooms with 2 queen beds, the size of the room was bigger than my studio apartment! The pool was pretty good, could have been cleaner but overall was nice. The hot tub was broken the entire duration of my stay (almost a full week) suspect it had been broken for a long time. The breakfast they offer in the morning was pretty good, waffles and cereals stuff like that. The only fault was that it's REAALLYYY far from downtown spokane (at least 20min) I should have mapquested this, but even so for the price I paid for the beautiful room it was well worth the drive. I would definately stay at this hotel again next time i'm in spokane.

“Had a problem, Staff touch care of it PRONTO”

When we checked in, our room was not up to par with what we had expected, it was not clean, broken furniture, ect. When we went to talk to the concierge, he took care of it right then! He upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite and turned out to be very helpful in all of our honeymoon adventures. It was a joy to stay there. The pool is clean as well as the common jacuzzi. The free breakfast is great, hot and cold as promised and the dining worker was a real pleasure to visit with. Our housekeeper was a wonderful woman that told us about her marriage of 32 yrs as we sat on the sofa while she made up our room. IF we needed anything, all we had to do was ask! It was a great honeymoon! We would recommend this hotel to anyone! Business or pleasure, it is a delightful place!

“Will definately go back”

We truly enjoyed our visit. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

“Would recommend this hotel and will go back”

We stayed for two nights and found the staff very accomodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was very good and lots of choices. There is alot of shopping in the area and lots of choices. We were shopping at Cabela's in Post Falls, Idaho and the drive was not bad from our Hotel. The pool and hot tub is open late for adults which is nice after shopping all day. We have stayed in other Hotels in Spokane and this is the best one.

“checking in”

The check in staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was inadvertently booked under the wrong name and the staff was willing to accomodate me with the same room and rate of that of my original reservation. We later found the reservation.

“Nice Place to stay...”

There were four of us who checked into the hotel. (Me, my wife and my two daughters). The check in was quick and without problems. There was two friendly persons to assist us with our check. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was quite enough with waffles, fruit, assorted buns, etc. More than enough to keep you going until lunch. The only complaint we had was that every day after the cleaning staff would clean our room, we had to ask for extra face cloths and towels as they never left enough. The weight room equipment was enough to get a pretty good work out and the pool was always kept clean. (Water in the pool was a little cool for my liking). I would definity stay there again and would recommend this hotel to other people.
