“Very pleased with my stay!”

The desk clerk called our room a few minutes after we arrived in our room to see if we needed anything and that the room was satisfactory to our liking. This was above and beyond any service we've received at other hotel chains. Great service, great room, great breakfast, great overall stay! As Arnold would say - "I'll be back!"

“Warmth and comfort amid cold”

This location my my needs and more. Courteous staff, complimentary beverages at hospitality hour, milk and cookies at night. Lobbies were well maintained and festive. An excellent value and I'll certainly be back when in Spokane.

“Nice place to stay”

We had a family emergency and the staff was very helpful and accomodating with our needs, including finding rooms for other relatives at the Expedia rate. Loved the continental breakfast bar! The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

“Good value, Good quality”

My wife and I were looking for a cheaper hotel in the area as we were only staying overnight. This hotel was not only fairly inexpensive, it felt like a higher end hotel. We had a wonderful time and will definately come back.

“very impressed”

After reviewing all the lodging, I booked with this hotel. I was very impressed, and the bed we had WAS comfortable! That was one of the reasons I went with this hotel. The breakfast and cookies are really good! We will stay here again. The price was worth having a really comfortable bed. It's also very quiet and the staff was efficient and friendly.

“Very Satisfied”

Even though motel was only a block from the freeway it was very quite. Nice secluded courtyard. Very comfortable beds.
