“Will return”
Very nice hotel. My husband did not want to stay at this hotel, but was so impressed that he now wants this to be our primary when we visit our college son. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
“Spokane Treasure”
The Marriott Courtyard Hotel in downtown Spokane was a pleasant, relaxing place to stay. It's right next to the River Walk, which connects the hotel to the convention center, hotels across the river, and downtown shopping. I don't know when we've stayed in such a quiet hotel. Our only complaint was being charged for a breakfast that in other hotels would have been complementary. The breakfast we paid for was okay (just), but not worth the amount of money we paid for it.
“Most helpful staff”
We have now stayed several times and plane to go back. The staff is always very helpful; personal hints for shopping, directions, etc. No one ever has tried to "nickle/dime" me. The rooms are comfortable, with seperate sinks from the bathrooms. Beds are quite comfortable, and all rooms have a patio or small balcony. The parking areas are beautifully landscaped and well lit, and coffee is always available. The breakfast is worth the price; waffles, all sorts of toppings, pastries, eggs, ham or some meat, potatoes, cereal . . .you name it. Lovely fireplace/lobby. Next door is a Denny's. Get directions the first time . . .like many Courtyards, this one is central, but tucked away, and due to one way streets, can be challenging.
“Nice Hotel”
Nice rooms. Great swimming and hot tub area. The beds could just be a little softer and I wish this hotel offered a continental breakfast.
“Comfortable and Quiet”
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations for restaurants close by.

First night we got little sleep due to USC students very loud in hallway until 4:00am
“Convenient”
It was a nice hotel. Not overly special, but fine by all means. The pool was a little small and caused everyone to itch (too much chlorine I guess) but fine in general. A convenient restaurant within walking distance. Nice location next to the river walk also.
“Nice hotel in convenient location”
Chose this hotel to stay for a girl's weekend. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close to downtown. We were looking for a hotel where the sink was outside of the bathroom to make getting ready easier, which this hotel has. Only complaint was that we were told we could have neighboring rooms with friends, which didn't happen. Nice sitting area in the lobby to visit and have cocktails, comfortable rooms.
“Great for business trip”
Amenities are good, can't control AC/heat in rooms. Overall a good place to stay, great location.
“Nice hotel at reasonable price.”
Hotel is clean with good sized rooms. Decor is slightly dated and could use updating. During summer ask for a ground floor room facing into the courtyard. It's a very relaxing place to read a book or enjoy a few drinks.
