“Excellent rapport qualité prix”
15 min à pied de la vieille ville de Split,hotel offrant très bon confort, chambres déco design soigné et sans prétention,espace, accès internet gratuit.Calme. A recommander chaudement.
“Upgraded??”
Having booked, last minute, the cheapest, single room available in Split, apart from hostels, I was delighted to find that the "single room" had what seemed to be a King sized bed in it - I assume for some reason I had been upgraded. The level of comfort was higher than I had expected, as the room was meant to be in the 3* "Annex" as opposed to the 4* hotel. The hotel was 15 minutes walk from the centre of Split - so walking there uphill, with my suitcase, using the back roads was not necessarily the best idea. I learnt that the main road was the best route. The only negative side to the room was that I could hear music playing from an adjacent room, clearly enough to sing along to, although as this was during the day, it was not a problem. If you cannot find anywhere closer to the centre of the town, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The local tax that I was warned I would have to pay, was only a few pounds.

“Aerrt Hotel in Split, Croatia”
Very nice hotel, although a little far removed from old city and ocean. Rooms in front face street and might not be quiet as rooms with West view. Helpful staff. Close to football stadium if that is your thing. Walk or bus to old town is easy once you know the routes.
“Hotel agréable”
Le Art Hotel a répondu à l'ensemble de mes attentes : assez proche du centre 10 à 15 minutes à pied), bon petit déjeuner, confortable et propre, accès Internet dans les chambres, grandes chambre et salle de bain. Seul point négatif : le parking est payant.
“Fantastic price at a great location”
For a good price, you get big rooms, good service and a lovely buffet breakfast.
“Nice hotel”
only downside was the location - a good 10 minute walk from the harbour and old town. More of a business hotel.
“Short walk from Old Town”
We booked the Art Hotel because we were meeting a bicycle tour group there and wanted to be in the same hotel in advance of the tour. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town in a nice neighborhood, so it was a bit quieter than staying down by the waterfront. Exterior wasn't a "wow" but interior was very nice, modern, and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast as well. Would definitely stay there again.
“Comfortable stay”
I'd never been to Split before and was on a tight schedule, so was pleased to find a familiar hotel chain. The staff was very friendly and helpful - including a knock on the door at 05:30 to make sure I didn't sleep through my wake-up call and miss my ferry! The 20-minute walk to the old city was enjoyable and not inconvenient.

Allowed early check in. And a better room then we paid for. Good breakfast.
