Perfect stay!
This place is amazing -- perfect location, impeccably clean, great design, excellent air conditioning, comfortable bed, and completely quiet at night. Also, Toma was an incredible host to help us get checked in, show us the place, and give us some wonderful recommendations to explore in town -- he was super friendly and helpful.

Location was great room was good not luxury in our opinion. Glass shower door was falling off the rails. Shower was very small. However it was in a perfect location for walking around Split. Lots of dining choices. If you are driving do your research on parking as there is none available at the hotel. Had to pay for parking a 10 minute walk away. Not a huge deal as the room is located right in the old town so we understand that there is no onsite parking. Parking can be expensive but the staff recommended a parking area 1.50 euros/hr. Reasonable for the area.

Nice room and location but no housekeeping
Excellent location and room a decent size. On check-in Toma said to text him if we needed housekeeping or anything at all, which we did and he said he'd come round to empty bins and change towels, but he never came and we had no housekeeping for 4 nights, which was a bit grim.

The perfect place to stay in Spilt. Right in the center of the town with everything on your doorstep. Lovely room with everything you need. Staff were excellent, great airport transfer with Ivica, our host Thomas could not have been more helpful! Providing recommendations on places to go, where to eat and anything else you could possibly want! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous Location
Superb apartment in the heart of the old town, close to the seafront and Diocletian Palace. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants in close proximity. Comfortable and compact apartment - well equipped with what you might need for a short city break. It’s top floor, with no lift so be prepared to lug your bags up the stairs!

Nice to stay at the Palace in convenient location
This was just off the Riva in the Palace - the room was great and the owners made it easy to check in/out. There is no elevator so it's a bit tricky to get up the stairs. The location is great and walking distance of the bus station, lots of shopping, restaurants and boat excursions.

The room was clean and had a very comfy bed. The room is very quiet and could not hear anything from outside. The location is awesome with nearly everything you want nomore than minutes away. Seafront only 1 min walk, Will definitely stay here again

Nice place but be patient with hosts
The place has a great location. 10 mins walk from the catamaran port and 10 mins walk to the bus station to go to the airport. It is very modern and clean. In the middle of the old town. There were multiple contact information on the messages we had received before arriving and when texting some of them never responded. 1 finally did right before our arrival and was very helpful. Host took a few hours to respond to messages during our stay so hopefully you don’t have any urgent matter.

Location was great and room was big enough. However, the air conditioner was full of dust and very stuffy. We had to keep the window open but it was also very hot so it was quite uncomfortable. The service only provided one roll of toilet paper for 2 days between 2 people which was also not enough.

깨끗하고 관광하기 좋은 숙소
비행기 연착으로 늦게 도착했는데 휴대폰 로밍이 안돼서 연락을 할 수 없어 정말 당황했었는데 편안히 체크인할수있게 처리해주신 호스트님께 정말 감사드립니다. 방은 아주 쾌적하고 깨끗합니다. 무엇보다 스플리트 주요 관광지 부근에 위치해있어서 레스토랑이나 관광하기 정말 편해요. 처음에 갈 때는 문앞에 호텔이름이 없어서 찾기 어려운데 13을 쓰여진 문으로 들어가면 되어서 알고보니 쉽더라구요. 스플리트를 오신다면 이 곳에 머무시는것을 강력추천합니다.

This room was right in the heart of the old town. You walked out of the building and were already in the streets. The host was nice and quick to respond to anything. The shower was quite tight. Other than that the AC worked great and it’s location was more than perfect.

The room itself and location were great. The check-in process and overall communication with the staff could have been better. We messaged a few days ahead of time with our arrival details and didn’t get a confirmation. When we arrived, we had to find WiFi to reach out and it still took them awhile to get back to us to let us know how to check in.

Love the A/C. Room very nice and easy to get to. Old city easy to explore from here. Near the water, restaurants, shopping etc. Large comfy bed. There was entertainment just outside by local restaurant. Only issue stairs only, but that is typical for area.

Amazing stay
The location was great, just right in the old town, could even see partly sea view through window. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We were lucky there was a live music the night we stayed, we just kept the window opened and enjoyed all night in the room. Highly recommend
