What makes that hotel special is not the premise or anything else but the staff!, always assisting you with a smile to help you make your stay better, from the check point outside, the reception desk to the restaurant cooks and servers, and the guards by the sport center on the beach, male or female. It was an excellent price for the quality of service you get, they truly give you 5 stars service. Free excursion are even included, a sea turtle and Barbados tour excursions. So on the turtles excursion, after 15 min of swimming we almost didn't see any turtles when suddenly 1 came up to us to eat the bread that was thrown by the captain; it literally came up an arm length far from me and i was able to touch its shell before it went away, a memory i will never forget! Unfortunately our cheap $17 ebay gopro wannabe camera was not recording as it should so i have no souvenir footage of it, but It was one of the best moment of my 3 day trip. Some non motorized water sports were also free, so there is always something to do on the beach.
All the Caribbean island I have been, Barbados has the most delicious vegetables of all, so fresh and so tasty, even the cucumbers are crunchy! i bet they are organic too. I loved that the buffet incorporated local dishes with lots of vegetable salads as I love vegetables. The chef veggie lasagna or anything beans and chickpeas based were excellent! We ate really really healthy when we were there.
