Ideal location along the interstate. Spartanburg is close and all the shops are close too. A few shops around the hotel, no need to take the car to have dinner.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The sheets had some blood on them and my room did not smell fresh. The only other room available was on the 1st floor. I didn’t want to be on the 1st floor.

This property was very dirty. I was traveling with my disabled parent. I had three different rooms all nasty. I finally had to use my Clorox wipes to clean the tub which had a ring in the bathtub. The floor was cleaned by me using Clorox wipes. The mirror had toothpaste spots from someone brushing their teeth. Management apologized the next morning and gave me a partial credit but didn’t give me credit for the other room. I will never stay here again

Location was convenient and bed was comfortable, but sheets were stained and room was dirty. Fridge was nice and roomy but shelving was dry rotted and it leaked. The fan in the bathroom was extra loud and always came on when you turned on the light. Would not stay there again.

Property is beginning to show age. Some updates have been made, but most glaring is the mismatched paint on the walls. The weather fixture in the shower is loose and perhaps broken.

We were moved to second room when both queen beds had dirty sheets , one sheet in second room was dirty also Second room the rugs have never been shampooed or cleaned in a long time The toilet paper holder was broken Never will go there again

This property is NOT like it is described or pictured! The light didn’t work when we walked in, the heat was unplugged, the tv was unplugged and so was the clock. There was stuff all over the shower. There was shaving cream with hairs in it on the faucet. Smears of who only knows what all over the walls in the entire room. It was very dusty. I would not have stayed but I was alone with my two daughters. It was dark and I felt safer locked in our room than leaving. I did not sleep the entire night. It was so loud in the hallway. Slamming doors, voices and cries from a baby. I looked through the door peep hole and the glass was busted on it. This place is deplorable!

The room wasn’t thoroughly clean the linen is turning yellow. There’s an abandoned vacant building right next-door. I asked the front desk to give me a 3 AM wake up call that never happened.

Ok but will not stay there again. The gang that hangs out on the benches out front watching us get in an out of our car was kind of unnerving. Not good for your hotel.

When I arrived with my son, the entryway was filled with people drinking, smoking cigarettes and weed. The receptionist made it seem like we were bothering her to check in. Asked why the deposit and a sign was shoved in my face. As for the room, the door would not shut unless slammed, the safety latch was barely hanging on, seemed to be a blood stain on the wall of the bathroom, vent in bathroom halfway hanging out, zero water pressure for the shower and controls were backwards, someone's shirt and empty beer can on window sill above ac unit. Very sketchy to go outside the hotel in the evenings. Seemed like these people were residents that lived at the hotel that would just party out front. Breakfast offered was very minimal. Worst hotel ever stayed at and safety for ones self was scary.

The Q-Inn was ok. Recent renovation helped out... Breakfast was average, with some foods missing from the setup. The Breakfast area was clean. Service was good.

Newly rennovated, there was still a sticker on my bathtub! Room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly. There were a handful of restaraunts and a gas station within walking distance as long as you don't mind crossing a road, and the location is very close to the highway. I wish I could have stayed here on my return trip.
