“Fantastic Ocean Front stay - highly recommend!”

Great facility! Highly recommend. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, couldn't have asked for more. The view was AMAZING. Great place to stay if hanging by the beach and pool is what you are looking to do, if your time will be spent primarily in Orlando, maybe look for something a bit closer to Orlando, the hour drive is a bit questionable on a daily basis with trafic. However, that was our error. We loved this place and will definately be back.

“Very Impressed”

The Resort on Cocoa Beach was great! Activities each day for children and adults. A short walk to the beach, which was secluded and semi-private. The pool, game room, and other on site activities provided lots of opportunities for fun. The rooms were great- clean, lots of space, and sound proof. We would go back in a heart beat.

“Great Stay!!”

Could not have stayed at a better location. It was very close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The condo was very spacious and had everything you needed. Teenage sons enjoyed full size basketball and tennis courts. Great pool and hot tub. Had large exercise room and even a small free movie theater. It didn't help that the weather was perfect the week we were here. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

“Except a room without a view”

If you get this resort at a good price (below $180 a night) it is worth the stay. Our teen age kids got bored with the place after the 3rd day. Don't except to get a room with an ocean view that is really an "ocean view". Need to stay on the 4th floor or higher with the high number of room to see the ocean. The beach was beautiful, the pool was nice. This is a good place for a few days to just relax and do nothing.
