Busy hotel!!! Great place to stay post cruise & after!!! Staff were amazing!! Front desk Katie! Bellman Jabba! The grounds were exceptional… the walkways, the fish ponds, the pool!!! Large rooms, comfortable beds, refrigerator, microwave. Looking forward to my next stay!! Hopefully see a shuttle launch 🚀

Hotel is older and needs repairs, it is an open courtyard with tiny pavers for the walkways, so every person coming to the hotel rolls their luggage across the paving stones which makes a very, very large racket of noise around the entire courtyard. All day and all night. Good luck sleeping!!! Shuttle to the port does not run on time and was chaotic with a huge number of people and luggage stuffed into one room. Breakfast was $22 per person. I did enjoy the fishponds.

The Bell Hops and the front desk were great. There was no ATM Machine for one. The prices were a little crazy but some of the staff need to be a little more friendly

Staff was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. Pool area was very nice as well as the overall room stay. Very close to the ports if you are doing a cruise it is a convenient location.

Room had a broken toilet fill valve that I overcame by manually filling the tank. It also made noise all night.. I suggest you add another Tesla charger or two. The availability of the charger was the deciding factor in selecting your hotel.

Had two different rooms for 6 nights front door locks don’t work front desk. Staff doesn’t take good notes. The only thing good about this property is the locals coming in from outside that are actually kind of cool and the tiki bar I would suggest you book anywhere else other than this location. I did get my exercise running to the front desk to try and figure out how to get in my room or getting a phone to work or getting a towel or garbage removed. Didn’t have made service for five days. Stay clear.

This property was not cleaned well and is very old and tired. It was noisy as well. Parking is free so that was good for us. The furnishings were very worn and there were mosquitos everywhere in our suite. The pool was taken over by children. The front desk young man was very nice and recommended a great taco place. Zachary's had a good breakfast next door. Easy to get to Kennedy Space Center. Better for a family than a couple I think.

Nice room and staff friendly They only clean rooms every 3 days and it has to be on Monday or Friday. The parking was advertised as free; However, at check out they charged an extra $15 per night. They advertise free bottle water. They say they ran out and suggested we purchased our own.

I chose this property due to the proximity to the port and shuttle service. The pictures on expedia were NOT like the room we stayed in. The room looked like it hadn't been updated in 20 years. Someone was able to open our door while we were packing up and it wasn't housekeeping. Shuttle wasn't available for 2 hours so we had to take an Uber. Service at the restaurant was good.
