“Best yet.”

I've got nothing but good comments about this hotel. Big kudos to the honestly friendly staff, these guys are the real deal. Its the closest to a bed and breakfast without the constant interruptions. You are essentially living in your own private studio apartment, decorated and furnished. I would not mind living there permanently.

“Would Stay There Again”

The Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was very clean and the view of the Harbor and the boats was very nice. The facility is one of the older ones in Melbourne and in some areas shows its age. Over all it was an exceptional bargin compared to other facilities in the area and my wife and I would certainly stay there again. Bottom Line is was a very good place to stay.

“Nice View”

The room had a nice view of the harbor, fully equipped kitchen, and giant screen TV. Just over the bridge from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, but could have used a little maintenance (cracked tub, stained tile). Overall, a good bargain for the price.

“Noisy but convenient”

A convenient location, but located on Rt.1, and beside the RR tracks ... Construction next door didn't help. Rooms have been renovated, but not the linens. The best in the area.

“Not impressed”

Had a late check-in and no one was available to check us in for at least 1/2 hour and numerous calls to the hotel and then to Expedia. Hotel located right next to a highway. Soot fromthe highway along with stains on the furniture, make the hotel appear dirty.
