“Stay here!”
Beautiful hotel....loved that each room had its own balcony and a view of the ocean. We were in room 516 and had a view of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier's music was pretty loud at night but they shut down every night at 10 so it wasn't bad. The room was beautiful and clean, with granite counter tops and desk tops in the bathroom and living room. Housekeeping was wonderful. The only negative was that the toilet paper holder was broken and wasn't fixed when housekeeping came....they had to have noticed it was broken, though we didn't actually request to have it fixed. The hotel is right on the beach, and has a very nice outdoor pool with a walkway to the beach. This is definitely worth the extra $20 to stay right on the shore. Oh, and the breakfast was FANTASTIC, with lots of hot food, not just rolls and doughnuts.

We had a great time at this hotel, Bed was not comfortable, but everything else was awesome!!
“Fantastic hotel ON the beach.”
The hotel is ON the beach, just a few steps along a wooden walkway situated poolside and you are on the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and modern with good quality linens and comfortable beds. the bathroom is stylish and very very clean. The breakfast is plentiful and good quality with hot items as well as bagels, muffins, toast, yoghurts etc. The staff are attentive and helpful, particularly Jack on the front desk who made our stay special. He is a credit to the La Quinta brand.

We weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Had an ocean front room that could not be beat. Walking distance to the pier for resturants and rentals. The staff was was friendly and very accommodating. And all for a very reasonable price. Would certainly stay here again!
“Great Cocoa Beach stay”
This turned out to be a great stay. Publix right across the street, and right beside the Cocoa Beach pier. Nice clean pool and lots of beach rentals available for a good price. Not a fantastic breakfast, but good enough. I would certainly stay here again.
“wonderful hotel”
we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. the continental breakfast was great. the room was very clean and comfortable. we will definitely be staying here again.
“getting better every day”
This hotel has been recently acquired by LaQuinta and they are renovating it. The room was perfect: large, clean, attractive. The hotel needs a snack/bar area, which they were building while we were there. The pool was clean and warm. It is right on the beach next to the pier. We can't wait to come back next winter when they will have completed more rennovations. It's just going to get better and better.
“A Wonderful Hotel”
I was going to a wedding on a cruise ship and would only be staying three days. I wanted to stay somewhere near the docks and the beach. I was more than impressed with the hotel, its location and especially the staff. They could not have been more pleasant. They directed me everywhere I needed to go and answered all of my questions no matter how inane. The views from the room were amazing; I would strongly urge anyone heading there to get a beachfront room. All in all a wonderful way to start and end my short stay in Cocoa Beach!
“Great spot”
I really like this hotel. I've stayed here a number of times. It prices a little higher than the others in the neighborhood, but unless you simply can't afford it, I think it's worth it. The breakfast is so-so, but the hotel is in a great location and the rooms are pretty nice for a beach hotel.
