“Good deal”

Good value, convenient location, not much of a pool. Nice place for first-time visitors with a small child. Only negative is it's not directly on the beach - just a short walk away. Cocoa Beach Surf Company and Ron Jon right there - can provide all the beach toys you need. Shark Bites restaurant is ok.

“Great place to stay”

My husband and I, along with our sons, 11 & 9, stayed at Four Points the first week of August. The hotel is very close to the beach ( 1 1/2 block), very easy walk. Our room was roomy and clean. Only downfall on the room was that we did not have a window to outside since we overlooked the Shark Pit and surf shop. The positive was the kids got to check on the shark even when they were in the room. The hotel, resturant and surf shop staff were all very friendly. The pool was a big disappointment. The other reviews were right on target when they said it was small. I took the boys to the pool one day and left after 10 minutes. The water was freezing and all the chairs (maybe 6) were taken. The beach was great! The water was so warm and never really crowded. We went to Epcot one day and it was a pretty easy drive (lots of tolls). Hotel is very close to Kennedy Space Center.

“Convenient for Cruise Ship”

We needed somewhere to stay prior to our cruise from Port Canaveral. Hotel is very clean, rooms are large, restaurant is good and has a large fish tank, and rates were reasonable. Beach is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if cruising from Port Canaveral.

“Nice hotel by the beach”

The room is HUGE! If you're a pet owner just know that you CANNOT leave your pet in the room by themselves... The room is really nice, comfortable beds, big space, couch, desk, entertainment stand, coffee table, etc. Within walking distance to the beach. Small pool. Great customer service except housekeeping. If you tell them to "come back later" they won't show up until after 3 in the afternoon!

“Great hotel on Coco Beach”

This hotel was great! It was a fun surffing theme which is next to the largest Ron Jon's surf shop. They had their own parking garage which was an added bonus since we drove. The rate was reasonable - the room was clean and being only a block from the beach, great location! We weren't all that impressed with the area, but since we were set to sail on a cruise the next day, this was only about 10 minutes away. When we returned from the cruise, we stayed once again at this hotel. This was also a great location when we went to the Kennedy Space Center, which was about 20 minutes away. If we returned to that area, we would stay there again!

“My family loved it!”

My family loved staying here. Only a block away from ocean. Fast food, Walgreens and Winn Dixie across the street. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will definetly go back.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Everything at this hotel was easy to get to. The pool, restaurant and parking were very convenient. Our family had a great time and plan on returning to this hotel again soon.
