“clean”
It's close to the cocoa beach which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and nice.
“I will go back to this hotel”
An older hotel but very clean and a great location across the street from the beach and pier. Free breakfast was very good as well. Well worth the money. Close to the cruise terminals in Port Canaveral (5-10 minutes max).
“Quick Getaway”
we stayed at this hotel for just a quick overnight because we had to get on a cruise ship the next day. Great location. walked to the Cocoa Beach Pier, had dinner at the restaurant on the pier. the pool area was nice. towels provided at the pool. the front desk clerk was very nice, even suggested places to eat. i did stay in a non smoking room that was attached to the lobby building. Free breakfast buffet had eggs, waffles, sausage, grits, toast, pastries, bagels, cereals. the only people that were rude were the other guests!! It's just breakfast people! had to wait for people to leave their table so we could sit and eat, and some people just refused to get up.... this is not the hotels fault, this is just rude people. I would most definitley stay here again.
“Wonderful and good location”
This hotel was in a very good location the Cocoa beach prier was right behind the hotel in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the hotel staff was great. We are looking forward o visting this hotel again.
“Best deal in Cocoa Beach”
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel and have been extremely happy with both visits. Rooms are clean and brightly decorated. You cannot beat the location. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will definately stay here again!
“Nice Place”
Everyone was real helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. only one problem with the room keys, i think something at the beach next door deactivated them. also discounts at the ron jon with the key. Absolutely a Fantastic spot to stay!
“Great”
This hotel sits in front of the Bestwestern. Its cheaper and is close to Durango steak house and the Omelete station both real good places to eat. Omlete station is cash only. Rigth across the street is a Publix and a Beef O brady's.

Great location to the beach. Very clean rooms.

Do not pay attention to any of the negativr reviews. The walk to the beach is short - 5 minutes max. Right at the pier is where u enter the beach. The free continental breakfast is a short 2 min walk across the street. All the people with negative reviews about distance to beach are really lazy or expect to step out the door and be on the beach. Great location with great price. If u gt the room with balcony u wikk see the ocean from your room. Cant wait to get back
