Appartement en sous sol donc pas de visibilité sur l'extérieur . Seul équipement pour cuisiné dans la chambre : un micro onde et un grill pain , possibilité d'aller dans une pièce commune pour y partager une cuisinière et 2 poeles . 2 chaises disponibles pour 4 personnes .Après réclamation nous avons réussi a obtenir 4 verres et 4 fourchettes , difficile de faire la vaisselle étant donné le manque de place près de l'évier ,pas de balai ,la chambre a été nettoyée et les lits faits une fois durant notre séjours (3 nuits)

très cher pour un si mauvais hôtel
J'ai réservé un studio et je me retrouve dans une chambre sans cuisine... La cuisine est en fait en dehors de la chambre (commune à plusieurs studios). Les meubles étaient cassés, j'ai réparé la porte de la douche, il faisait très chaud, pas de fenêtre (un velux), pas de clim. Studio bruyant et assez loin du métro (15 minutes de marche active). Seul bon point : l'amabilité de l'accueil.

Premier séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel accommodant. Je suis arrivée le matin et j'ai pu avoir ma chambre immédiatement. Arrêt de bus au pied de l'hôtel, underground à 5 mn à pied (surrey keys) et à 15 mn Canada Water. Restaurants et supermarché à proximité. Très pratique et calme dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons vécu une superbe expérience , ce concept d appart hôtel est mené de main de maître par une equipe hors pair , bravo et merci pour tout ,je ne peux que le conseiller à mes amis et je reviendrai de bon cœur , de surcroît les transport en commun se trouvent devant l appart hôtel , il y a aussi beaucoup de commerces à coté,et le quartier est calme et sécurisé .j espère à très bientôt 👍🏻😀😍

Tres bon pour un voyage a petit prix. La chambre est propre et dotte avec tout le necessaire: salle de bain et petite cuisine. L'hotel est a 5 minutes a pied du metro, dans un quartier securitaire.

Petit studio bien décoré dans lequel il y a tout ce qu il faut. Bien situé, à 5 min à pieds de l arrêt de métro. Seul bemol, c est l isolation qui est très moyenne et le fait que l eau passe du chaud au froid de temps en temps.

Godt utgangspunkt, praktisk med stort nok rom for to. God standard for prisen. Eneste negative var at det ikke var heis. Kan komme til å bruke dette stedet igjen senere. Frokost be kjøpt i lokal butikk og spist på rommet. Lite kjøkkenutvalg , men nok for oss to.

There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean.

Didn’t even stay one night. There is no AC in the rooms. During other seasons this might have been okay, but it was too hot in the room. Had to immediately leave and find another hotel. Also the neighborhood seems a little sketchy.

Would recommend for IVF accomadation
Great value for money. Local shops approx 10metre away which is great as you have your own kitchen, cooker, microwave etc with utensils, pans. Theres also a kebab place next to the shop too! Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Smaller than a double but still big enough for me and the mrs. Only downside, we was on the top floor where there was no lift and shower took a while to warm but apart from that great accomdation. Area was ok, but as we are not from london we didnt feel truly safe and didnt venture out at night, in the daytime it was like being back at home. Would stay again and recommend.

Room was ok given the location and price. Superficially it looked nice not on closer inspection- stains down front of kitchen cabinets and table, bathroom flooded and sealant dirty/ missing/ sockets need replacing and sealing in properly - the usual signs of a room that’s been made over but not really fixed. Mattress needs replacement. So it’s ok and it worked and it was pretty cheap but I wouldn’t go back

Short weekend break, nice neat room, only drawback was the stairs, I was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. The shower is a bit tight and the water appliances work opposite to their colour scheme. The bed is very comfy and the rooms heating wirks well.

Bed ready for the skip.
Room itself was ok, nice hot shower. Good size room. No shower gel. One bed was comfortable and absolutely fine, the other was terrible! Squeaky, rocked from side to side every time you moved. I was afraid it was going to collapse it was so rickety. The mattress was completely worn out with hard springs poking through. I got no sleep and kept disturbing my friend with the squeaking. I informed the receptionist on check out. They assured me it would be reported to manager.

All very good
It was great the girl who doubles uo as the receptionist and general mansger was an absolute sweetheart very freindly bery helpfull and very descreet the room sas ridiculously luxurious fir the pruce and location with marble like floors and a 48 inch flat screen snart TV and electricly operated windowss it was amazing in my opinion.

Clean, noisy, no parking.
No-one on reception when I got there and the first number did not answer. The young man on the second call was helpful, then you are on your own to find your room. Room was clean but noisy. There is a pedestrian crossing outside which beeps when used, and the street lights shine in all night. I stay because I can walk to my destination in about 15 minutes. There is no parking. If I could find an alternative, I would.

Entirely adequate accommodation. Friendly staff.
The room was fine, nicely decorated and clean if a little tired looking. The bathroom was very small, although the shower itself was large and plenty of hot water. The rooms are not well insulated so noisy in the evenings. Staff were helpful. There is no parking and it's not a particularly nice area.

Nice quiet area, lots of transport available. Shame about there being no lifts and the walls are thin so it's easy to hear what your neighbours are doing.

From the looks of the building we were expecting a small apartment with three beds and a large window. When we got there at 3.00 pm the room wasn't ready, we had to wait 20 minutes whilst they cleaned it (I wish that I could clean a room in 20 minutes) not a good start! We were taken to the small ex shop next door, not to the building on the photographs. No complimentary toiletries, just complimentary ear plugs which did not bode well!! The room was small with a small shower/bathroom, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs 2 beds and a fridge. This was supposed to be an apartment. No one showed us the shared kitchen if there was one. The floor was wooden and we could hear every step from upstairs, thankfully we could not hear much traffic as we were behind what seemed to be a laundry shielding us from the busy road. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom needed a deep clean. The walls were as thin as tissue paper. We had to switch the fridge off at night because it was too noisy. We saw very little of the staff, only one was helpful, the others were surly. On leaving they did not like me asking for an immediate refund of the £50 deposit that we had to give, they said that it would be done later that day by card but I insisted and got an instant card refund. All in all a poor choice of accommodation The location was very good, close to Canada Water tube, Greenland Quay for the Clipper and Surrey Quays for the tube.

Stayed with a few friends as we were going to the O2 Arena, great location, clean, friendly staff. Overall everyone was happy with the experience and it was a better stay than expected.
