Southeast Massachusetts Vacations
From Southeast Massachusetts, it's approximately 40 miles (64 kilometers) to the north to Manchester and 65 miles (105 kilometers) to the south to Newport.
Try not to limit yourself to Southeast Massachusetts, because Eastern Massachusetts contains a treasure trove natural and man-made attractions just waiting to be explored. Be sure to head out to the Concord Visitors Center and The Wayside in and around Concord, which is 4 miles (6 kilometers) away. Lincoln is another place worth checking out. It is where you'll find the DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum and Gropius House. Lincoln is about 4 miles (6 kilometers) away from Southeast Massachusetts.
About 8 miles (13 kilometers) to the east of Southeast Massachusetts is Lexington, a regional city where you go see Lexington Visitors Center, Lexington Battle Green and Old North Bridge. Old Burying Ground, National Heritage Museum and Buckman Tavern are other good spots to visit.
