“Perfect for couples and family alike...”
With the saver rate I received from your website and the amenities provided, it was worth every penny. Unfortunately, did not have time for the golf, but the Shoffer Course looked beautiful. A return trip is a must!
“The Radisson is one of my new favorite hotels.”
I had a great weekend away with my fiance at this hotel. We were met with courteous greetings and assistance. The check in and out were quick. The restaurant at the hotel offers a great variety of meals at an affordable price. The rooms were clean and roomy. We did not get to experience the pool area, but it seemed to be enjoyed by many families. We left the Radisson Hotel and went to another hotel where we had pending reservations and were very disappointed that we did not stay at the Radisson for our entire trip. We would love to stay in the hotel again.
“weekend escape”
Front desk staff (2 blonde middle aged women were absolutely fantastic! The hotel impressed me with the noise reduction! Was poolside and couldn't hear anything outside the room unless the slider was open. Hot tub wasn't working properly which is my favorite part of staying in a hotel so that was a bummer. On Saturday evening late the hotel pub got overcrowded and no one came to help the 1 bartender working. She was very flustered, we left after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to take the order. The 2 people working the front desk late Saturdaynite that was only a few steps away made no effort to help someone so totally overwhelmed(rightfully so being in the business she should of never been by herself when there was a wedding in the hotel. The other patrons were rude, and this set her off even more.
“Average Hotel at a premium price”
Negative issues : Iron in room didn't work.; bathroom was dated.; room of same pricing did not contain a kitchenette, or a fridge. Could use a microwave. The coffee in the lobby has a cash charge of $ 1.00 per cup but not available untill after 5:00AM, not available in lobby 24/7,sad. The TV remote would work sometimes and then not work. Also, only one outlet plugin available. All others(not many)were used for room stuff. Some items around the bed looked dangerous. 3 to 4 things plugged into one outlet. Positive side: comfortable bed, A/c worked well, staff outstanding.
“Hotel needs attention - smelly and beat-up”
Our room had the over-powering stench of chlorine - we think from the pool. All rooms looked over the pool, and our room was surprisingly quiet (the pool, when open, was well used). However the amount of chlorine used resulted in fumes throughout our room - even our clothing had a chlorine scent upon checking out of the hotel. The door to our room looked as though someone had beat it down before. Perhaps the door and scraped-up walls in our room were due to years of luggage contact...it just looked like a war had occured in our wall. Everything was clean (and chlorinated), however doors, walls, counters, everything was chipped and beat up....kinda like staying in a thriftstore turned hotel.
“not likely to return again.”
This is an older property, and in dire need of a refresh. my booking choices were King or 2 queens. I selected 2 queens. Upon arrival, I was given to doubles. No help to accommodate my request for two queen beds was offered or given by front desk staff. The beds were sleep number beds, one of which was inoperable. hard as a rock. The climate control in the room was abysmal, with the room being warmer then the hallway outside. Poolside rooms- don't bother. They have erected little barricades which effectively eliminate the benefits if having a room which opens to the pool area. One will still need to leave the room and enter through the main pool entrance unless you want to climb the fence outside your door. The hotub- while seemingly clean and hot, was inoperable. Another deciding feature that failed to deliver for us. I was able to get another room for our second night. My suggestion is to approach the more mature front desk staff to get meaningful help. Night one was a disaster, night 2 was average.
“Never Again”
Dispicable room quality, and cleanliness. Not a fault of the maids, but of the upkeep of the rooms. Toilet seats were not something you would want to touch without a surgical glove. Shower drain did not do it's job, no fridge or safe, no fan in the shower, sink drain didn't work, room smelled of mildew. Other than that, it's worth half the price.
