The staff are very friendly, especially Karl, made me feel welcome, very helpful, polite and a great sense of humour. The room was extremely clean and warm, best value hotel in Doncaster by far.

This hotel is a lovely little place, the staff are wonderful. The rooms delicate and the location fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel

Only stayed there for 1 night but its clean ,tidy everything you need really , comfy bed and heating was on all the time which was a bonus as it was freezing outside ,would defo go back

Room clean after night 1 was very poor, dirty sheets and the best wasn’t even made properly, duvet hanging out of the cover. Also a soaking and filthy pillowcase left on the desk! Cheap and cheerful but won’t be back in a hurry.

Very basic, and dated, but cheep however not so cheerful, paper thin walls, could hear other people arguing, shouting, doors slamming and loud music into the early hours, cannot dispute the cleanliness though

Nice place to stay and close by to wildlife park. Didn’t have chance to look around anywhere else this time. Generally a pleasant stay. One irritating aspect was the radiator in the room clicked constantly all night, might need some maintenance. Staff pleasant,breakfast good.

Comfortable stay but difficult to locate the site l mistakenly turn on 1st left that took me to bus lane then reversed back and looked forward then l saw the signboard which was covered by the trees ther Please place the sign on a good sighted for us first timer in Doncaster

A little outdated motel style hotel
A little outdated, ok to stay for an overnight trip, but no longer. Noisy other guests next door. Wife found the bed uncomfortable, not enough pillows for both of us, but probably could have had more if we asked at Reception. Would I stay there again when in the Doncaster area, probably not, as lot more comfortable hotels available locally.

The hotel was in a great location, near food outlets. Wasn't too far from Yorkshire Wildlife Park which was amazing. The hotel itself was clean, tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

It was very good value for money, quiet and clean. The only issue was that the bed was extremely uncomfortable (springs/metal work digging in to you )

Comfy with great staff.
Staff were excellent - super helpful, kind and professional - and the beds were clean and comfy. There are some aspects in need of refurbishment but the rooms were spacious and clean in spite of this. The location is ideal for events at The Dome, which is why we were there.

Not a good hotel experience
Although clean it was disappointing as it was advertised as doing evening meals but on entering the bar at 7pm Saturday evening we were told food was Monday to Friday only , the bar was card only no cash whatsoever and the mattress was extremely lumpy and so not even a good nights sleep ,will not be returning to this ‘hotel’

We paid over 2 hundreds for 2 nights. The room was not what we expected! Not include breakfast - need to pay 12 pounds each for breakfast. We went to ASDA for breakfast only cost us £14 pounds (two of us). The bed need new mattress & pillows! Need new shower. Where we stayed at back - I couldn’t sleep as I don’t feel safe

More consideration needed and a deep clean
Very basic, could do with a proper deep clean in the rooms ie scrubbing the grout on the floor, rather than just doing the bare minimum. There should have been consideration for people staying to the check out time (12pm). I was woken up twice by housekeeping knocking! Very annoying when I’d already said the first time I was staying till 12pm. Not just that, but someone decided to start scraping the paving at 10am, really irritating this scratching noise outside your room. They should have done this at 12pm. Housekeeping and the reception team should liaise with each other to determine which rooms have checked out - not knocking on doors multiple times to check.

Staff nice hotel less so.
Lovely friendly staff. I picked the hotel because I needed to be sure to get something to eat on arrival. Only told as I booked in ‘Sorry no restaurant service tonight.’ Much worse however was the large clump of dark hair in the bath plug -hole. Turned my stomach. I did inform the staff next morning -no offer of a partial refund for that and no food. Probably won’t stay there again.
