Mixed feelings.
Its hard to give a review as there seemed to be so much going on. Firstly, the staff who looked after us at breakfast were wonderful. There was obviously a staffing crisis so they were both cooking and waiting tables. What we received was lovely but it was only on the last day that there was a full menu available. The apartment was spacious, but very dated and we cleaned it ourselves. Some things didn't always work but we figured it out. Windows didn't close properly. Good job the weather was good. There were no bar or meal facilities as advertised, probably due to staff shortages. There were also people residing there long term, we spoke to two of them. A beautiful building, not presented at its best and very well worn. However we had paid up front for our stay so were stuck with what we had. Made the best of a disappointing situation. Maybe the national situation has not helped, but it felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

owners and staff was really good...parking is street parking...apartment was spacious and well equipped...was a little disappointed with main bedroom bed....definitely on the smaller side of a double and rather uncomfortable compared to todays mattresses....staff was really nice,helpful and informative.....

Fantastic stay! The staff was delightful, the apartment fully furnished with spacious lounge and equipped kitchen. The location was good although parking available on street only. I will definitely stay here again!

A pleasent stay
Clean, tidy and good size apartment. There was a bit of a delay on arrival, reception said it was open until 10pm but nobody there at 9pm. After hours service got got it sorted relatively quickly though and made the extra effort to attend and show us around the apartment. Breakfast was good and the rest of the facilities more than adequate. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Great location and very well priced Guess House, the renovation that has been done as accelerated the guess house forward, still a few fine line details to sort but heading in the right direction. I will be coming back. High recommended.

Pembrokeshire stay
We had the 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for the 4 of us adults. We stayed 2 nights. The suite was spacious with a living room, large dining room table where we played cards at, & the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms were very convenient. There was a kitchen too, but we used it only to put sodas in the frig. Breakfast was delicious & very filling. We were also given recommendations of what beaches to go to and walks to do. Very friendly staff. Would stay again if in the area.

Location was good because close to main town, ASDA & Tesco but no good restaurants near by. We had dinner from the hotel and it was fish & chips but it was too oily. Breakfast was good. Apartment given to us was very sunny, large and clean. TV in the room did not work but we were out during the day time therefore it did not matter to us but that need attention by the hotel staff. Car parking was free and it was in front of the hotel. Very quite area.

This, 'hotel' turned out to be a hostel, with no indication of this on the website. It wasn't even cheap! I felt very uncomfortable indeed.

Well located apartment
Clean, tidy hotel with an old world feel about it. Staff were pleasant, and they have a pool table in the restaurant! Would use again, if I travel to Pembrokeshire. Good base to travel to all the main tourist spots in that area.

Excellent Hotel and Lovely Owner
During a tour of Wales with my brother, this hotel was by far the best place we stayed during our trip. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offer assistance for our travels. Due to construction, we got upgraded to a top-floor apartment-style suite which was marvelous. Beautiful bathroom, extremely comfortable beds, and sunny kitchen. The breakfast provided with the room was delicious (again, the best we had in Wales) and the hiking in the surrounding countryside was beautiful. If you're thinking of staying here, I would highly recommend it.

Very satisfy! I book a junior suite and it come with a huge sitting room and 2 ensuite bed room. Everything is very nice including the breakfast and the little board game prepared in the living room. Like it!

Great place to stay with Kids!
We checked into our room, and it was huge! It was more like an apartment I would say. It came with 2 full baths, one room with a queen bed, and the kids had their own room with 2 Twin beds. It also had a formal dining room area, kitchen, and TV watching area. It was very clean and modern. The staff were amazing as not only did they point me to the washer and dryers on premises, they even gave me free washing detergent to use, as they knew we were not that for very long. Breakfast was comfy, as the dining room was very welcoming. There is an area within walking distance with a few restaurants, we tried the local Pizza place, and it is in a safe area. There is a convenience store right across the street. It turned out, we were also very close to the harbor area. Was a great place to stay. Would stay there again!

Brilliant hotel
Dear the managers of the Albion. Right from the start the managers were a joy. I had a late night check in and the owners were very quick to sort this for us. Sorting out a key drop for our room. Once checked for our booked twin room we were very surprised to get a whole apartment with our own rooms. The apartment was very well kept and modern. With plenty of facilities. Had a very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was brilliant. Got greeted by two very pleasant lady's and the quality was very good. A great meal to start my day. I will defiantly rebook as I sometimes have to stay due to work. A great place to stay!

Really clean facilities and really friendly staff!
The level of service in this hotel was impeccable. The staff we absolutely lovely and welcoming and made us feel as if we were staying with family. They gave us a very personalised service, showing us to our room, giving us some local food and pubs. The rooms was really clean and tidy with everything you needed, even left us with a plate of biscuits. They recommended places for us to visit giving us leaflets and maps with directions, recommending we see the Freshwater beach which is where they filmed Harry Potter. I highly recommend!

Clean and spacious bedroom and relaxing area with tea/coffee making facilities. Generous full cooked breakfast. No on-site parking but quiet street in mainly residential area with much unrestricted parking. Ideal for our first touring visit to south west Wales.

Much better than your average B&B
Family holiday for 6days with 3 teenagers to explore South Wales. We were very lucky with the weather, 6days of wall to wall sunshine whoa!!. Well spotted for Tenby and its surrounding beaches, fantastic restaurants, lots activities and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and our rooms was upgraded to a two bed apartment with Sky TV which was really nice of them. The breakfast was brilliant, generous and good service too. The downside, the hotel wifi is patchy at best and abit of insulation to the room floors are much needed. Noise from below or above could disturb your night sleep although we were too tired to bother. If we ever decide to visit and explore South Wales again, I will definitely consider this B&B.
