“Clean, comfortable, and excellent coffee! I will definitely stay at this motel again.”

I was looking for the least expensive room in the area and this was it! Never did I think it would be as clean and comfortable as it was as well as being the cheapest. I had stayed at a nearby chain hotel a few weeks ago and not only was it 'Super' more expensive, it was 'Super' dirty (they hadn't changed the sheets from the previous guest), so I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked in at Knight's Inn and found everything 'up to snuff' and at almost half of what I paid at the 'Super' cheese-ball hotel!

“Basic Accommodations”

No-frills bed to sleep in. There wasn't a lot in the way of amenities, but I wasn't expecting any. I just needed a clean place to rest my head. Sure, the furniture probably hasn't been updated since the early '80s, and the bathroom is a bit "dim." But the place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A/C, TV, fridge, microwave, Dunkin Donuts across the street, 7-Eleven a couple blocks away. The shower had better pressure and temperature control than some 4-star places I've stayed. Just a 9-buck taxi ride to the airport.

“Knights Inn”

Very simple, dated motel, less than a 10 minute drive from Portland Jetport with a dunkin donuts across the street, family style restaurant a mile down the road, and a great 50's style breakfast diner a mile in the other direction. Not fancy, but clean, no wi-fi or anything, just a simple clean room at a most reasonable cost.

Would have liked to have some ice but machine wasn't plugged in and would have took 15 mins. to make. The price was right.

“Not bad for a cheap place to stay”

The room we stayed in appeared to have been newly renovated, which was unexpected. We just needed a place to stay and didn't have much for expectations but it exceeded my expectations. Not a bad room for how cheap it was.

“Great Location”

Had a great stay. Recently renovated room, close to shopping, friendly staff. Will return. Only problem was that the hot water in the shower could have been a bit hotter. The sink water was super hot so I didn't really understand why the shower wasn't hotter. The breakfast is donuts and coffee but there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the street if you want a bagel or something else.
