“Looking forward to the next stay”

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The price was excellent and the comfort was amazing. The private balcony was perfect along with the view from it. Looking forward to next years trip!

“Will definitely go back!!!”

The place was great. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy and the oceanside view from our room was breathtaking. The lobby was neat and both the pool and jacuzzi were very nice as well. I liked having the kitchenette in the room. The elevators worked just fine and our stay was great and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great affordable place.”

We had a wonderful time and the hotel was perfect(2br/2ba) suite. We spent most of our time out on the beach and eating at Isabel's. If we had stayed longer than one night, the kitchenette would have been great as it included plates and cookware. Great views and great location.

“Me and my children can't wait to go back”

this is a great hotel, it on the beach which is a plus for me. I have recommend this place to many friends and family members in the past. The pool is a great. The room had a full kitchen:stove, sink, and full size fridge other hotel do even offer that which i thought that was awesome to have. For the price it was perfect.

“We had a great stay!”

My boyfrind and I stayed at Padre South Hotel for a weekend get away... it was great. The staff was very friendly, always willing to lend a helping hand. The building is one of the first hotels on the beach but it is in great condition. Our room was spotless, the sheets were fluffy, and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our room. The private beach access was the cherry on top of our stay, we never had to get in the car to drive to the beach, we would simply just walk straight on to the sand. We would definately stay again at Padre South. I highly recommend it...

“Quality hotel”

PRO's: Greet location for the price. Older hotel, but very well maintained. Easy access to the beach, just simply walk out the back. Has showers to wash off the sand befor re-entering the Hotel. Pool is a bit small, but the jacuzzi is big enough, plus you have a view of the beach from the pool. Has great views of the beach as our room had a balcony. Just ensure you book a room higher than the third floor. It's located within easy driving distances of recreational interest. (I.E. sea turtle exhibit, shopping, etc..etc..). CON's: There is no complimentary breakfast and your lucky to recieve a cup of coffee.

“Good bargain for off season visits to SPI”

Great place to spend an off season weekend. Clean rooms, great location, and nice sized kitchen amenities. The beds are a little old and not the most comfortable but the view from the balconies is awesome. The staff there is very helpful.

“Very pleased”

We had a very comfortable room and enjoyed the conveniences of a full range and oven along with a large refrigerator. We slept well - quiet surroundings and comfortable bed. Easy access to the beach and other island attractions. Very courteous and helpful staff. All in all a great value for the price.
