"Perfect"
Perfect quiet Kensington location close to Gloucester rd tube st and just a short walk to National History and V & A Museums. Lovely walk from hotel to Kensington Palace and Gardens if you want to have a relaxation day whilst you're in London. In the park there's a fantastic Royal Albert statue opposite Albert Hall and tributes to Diana which is lovely. Staff at hotel very professional and service extremely good. Concierge very good at advising where to go and if you need Internet access the business centre has coin operated computers and printing service at reasonable prices. We always find good deals for this hotel by shopping online and now we know the area it's always our 1st choice when looking for a hotel in London. P.s. well worth getting a £15 oyster card to half your tube fares and its by far cheaper than the day and 3 day cards.

"An amazing Hotel for our Christmas trip to England"
Me and my fiancé decided to spend Christmas in London this past December arriving on the 22nd and departing on the 29th of December. We really had no idea where we should stay as we wanted to stay somewhere that allowed us to be somewhat immersed in the "happenings" of London while not being overly exposed to excess noise or people late at night. The Millenium Baileys in South Kensington could not have been a better experience for us. From the email that the guest relations manager (Victoria Zakher) sent us before our arrival (to advise that there were closures on the tube train- and how to get to the hotel from the Airport in light of these closures), to the way that we were greeted every time we left the hotel, and arrived back at the hotel- the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks must go out to every member of the Hotel's awesome restaurant (Olives staff and management), who delivered incredible warmth and consistency- great food and atmosphere each time we visited, and also for our Christmas Day dinner, we were treated to unsurpassed hospitality and incredible food. Breakfast with Dominic serving you at Olives is perhaps the greatest secret in London! Although all of the servers were really very great- he is someone special that takes extra special care of people. We will be visiting again! The Hotel itself is a beautiful, extremely well maintained - work of art. How amazing it was to stay in such an old building with such history!!

"Fantastic experience in a beautiful Area of London"
My fiancée and I went for a short holiday to London. I can only HIGLHY recommend the Kensington Hotel. The rooms might be a little bit tiny, but guys this is Kensington ... I'm a frequent traveller, just sitting at the Belgrade Airport whilst writing this and out of my experience the Kensington staff is one the friendliest and most effective Hotel staff I've ever experienced in my entire travel life. Everybody just looked after us to let us feel like we are at home. THANK YOU KENSINGTON HOTEL STAFF .... See you soon Boka and George

"The only place I would stay in London!"
Everything about Number 16 is number one! The staff are great, the food and afternoon tea is first rate, the rooms, albeit small (all London rooms are) are beautiful and well decorated. The garden is wonderful and should be enjoyed in the morning for the amazing breakfast. I loved the neighborhood of South Kensington, and would live there if I could. It is 2 blocks to the tube, with great restaurants etc within walking distance including the V&A, nat hx museum and science museum as well as kensington gardens and palace. Would not stay in London if I cant stay here.

"Fraser Suites Queens Gate"
Newly refurbished room with kitchen. Very comfortable. Reasonably quiet even though it is on a major street. Six minutes walk to the Tube station. Staff is efficient about the hotel but not very useful for recommendations outside their property (i.e. nearby restaurants). Would stay there again.
