"Wonderful staff and service "
Arrived at the Hotel with a very sore bad back, but determined to stay to see the Davis cup the following day at the Queens club. The staff could not do enough to help they were amazingly supportive and helpful to giving us a ground floor room, parking the car and returning it when required, calling taxis, warming heat packs, carrying bags and storing them. The food was second to none. Fantastic hospitality for such a young team can highly recommend the hotel.

We wanted to stay in earls court/south ken area. Got a good rate for a standard king thru Expedia, hotel gave us upgrade to a nice junior suite. Staff was very warm and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

"We had a great stay."
We loved the hotel, the location, the staff. Only comment is there is not much place to store belongings in the room. Rooms and beds are small by american standards. We would return again.

"Fading grandeur in a great location"
This hotel is in a marvellous spot, close to museums, cafés etc., and with easy access to the Underground & central London, and places to the SW, such as Wimbledon, Richmond, etc.. The room I stayed in was disappointing however - clean but very small and rather stuffy. Air-conditioning was supplied but was incredibly loud (i.e. it wasn't possible to hear the TV while it was switched on), so I ended up having the window as wide open as it would go and keeping the curtains open to get maximum airflow. At least the bed was comfortable! The foyer/lobby was quite nicely done in an elegant style, but the back stairs which were the closest way to access my room were rather shabby and often full of bags of linen. The hotel bar turned out to be actually located in the hotel across the street, which seemed odd - although it was quite nice with a good selection and good service. I didn't get all the info I needed at check in - such as how to log into the free wifi - so I had to go back on different occasions to find out what I needed to know. Some of the staff I dealt with were nice and helpful, but I left feeling a little underwhelmed for the advertised 4 star AA rating.

"Nice hotel near tube and Victoria and Albert museu"
We had an adequate room - nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We had a duvet on the bed and it was too hot for us to sleep well. We asked the hotel for a sheet and used the blanket in the closet in stead. Our request was quickly responded to. We also asked for a feather pillow to replace the foam pillows that were too hard for our taste, again a quick response. Breakfast was nice with bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit and breads as well as cereal.

"Great Hotel with good location"
My stay at the Regency Hotel was very comfortable and a great value. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the head concierge went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful when a tour we scheduled failed to pick us up. He made phone calls, got us a taxi and tried his best to get us to the tour destination. The hotel is also conveniently located to many shops and restaurants and a Tube station. I would definitely stay here again if I return to London.

Convenient location off main road and close to tube station (five minute walk). Clean, well-maintained amenities. Very good restaurant and cozy tavern. Has a small gym that is adequate and free. Wi-fi pricey but free if you join hotel rewards program (no cost). Helpful, attentive staff. Have stayed at this Holiday Inn three times before and will return again.
