Hello Morgan, You had to vheck in yhru the night registration window because you checked kn at mid night (you were made aware of this late check in procedure before hand). Could you please elobarate on how the room was not fully cleaned, because we inspected the room before check in made sure bed was made properly, all the funiture had been dusted, the bathroom had been cleaned throughly, and the carpet had been properly vaccumed. We would like to know what exactly it was that was not "fully cleaned". As for the cancellation policy, as you mentioned you booked the room thru Expedia, they would be the ones to send you a confirmation email along with the cancellation policy (It was would have to stated while you made the reservation). All the windows lock perfectly, if you had reachef out to us we would have showed you how to lock it. As for the people, we are a hotel and we do typically have guests staying with us(just like you did).
