Loved having a room with a window looking out on the ocean. Able to walk along the water (sidewalk) and watch the birds. Quiet even though there were many runners and other walkers. Ate at Coast Guard House (delicious) which we could walk to. Had a lovely inside nook for reading. Would happily visit again and stay here.

Staff very friendly. Comfortable bed. Only issues were, the bathroom door did not close and there were several bumps in the floor that we kept tripping over. Otherwise, very nice get-a-way.

The location was fantastic. Staff was available if needed. A few things I would like to see to improve is the property should be upgraded to polish some of the rough finishes in woodwork, tiling, etc. I would also upgrade to breakfast options (not too healthy with the cereal and bagel options. And lastly, please provide better towels. They were small and flimsy.

Nice view from hotel room out looking the water. Good restaurant nearby. Clean room and friendly staff. Room had a patio too. Would stay again. Would like if the door was locked after midnight though so you can enter with code for more safety.

You booked a room for one night, and left all your items in the room and did not check out in the morning. We gathered your items and put them in our office for safe keeping. We attempted to call you numerous times, and the number given was incorrect. When you returned to our facility, long after check out time- we presented all your items to you. We would have been happy to book another night stay for you - you raised your voice, cursed at staff, and walked out.

It’s all about the location. Can’t beat the view and the proximity to fantastic dining. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and curious. The rooms themselves are extremely outdated. The beds were uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic and views from the front of the hotel are great. The rooms are very run down and in need of a major update. Outside room doors have large gaps that you can see outside. Hole in bathroom tub that water goes “someplace”. The potential of the property is there, however is too run down for us.

This hotel has been here since the 1800's. It's was refurbished. Often times we are at full occupancy, so it's difficult to do upgrades with so many guests present. We do address any immediate concerns promptly when guest bring them to our attention during their stay. We are upgrading the hotel during the winter months. The thousands of people we host each year will be pleased.

Not worth the price. Breakfast was laughable. Looks like they had made a coat closet into a breakfast nook. But- location was phenomenal. View was beautiful. Well-located. Easy parking.

Breakfast in town for coffee and a bagel will cost 15. The breakfast here is complementary so guests can grab and go, and start their day. There are numerous restaurants in town that offer buffet breakfast. Guests stay at The Atlantic House Oceanfront Hotel for the excellent location, and we are happy you enjoyed it too.

Micro issue - Great Stay overall
The hotel was fine and staff was very friendly. Only part regarding cleanliness was there was food left in microwave from prior guests...which I am sure was rectified upon our departure. I would stay there again.
