“Changed my standrds of a vacation”
We stayed on the Royal Suites side and it has changed my opinion of what a vacation should be. We were treated like royalty! On arrival we went to the wrong lobby to check in and were personally escorted to the correct lobby, greeted with a drink, and explained everything we would need to know. Eddie the bellboy is very sweet and takes your bags to the room and you are brought to meet your butler. Both butlers are amazing and would do anything they could for you. Hilda is amazing and even made it possible for me to meet the baby monkey. The bartenders Manuel and Giovanni are just as amazing and make a pool day just that more enjoyable. The palladium side was extremely busy, but you couldn't even tell on the adult side. It was very relaxed and quiet. I especially enjoyed the poolside service. The hotel is out of PV a ways, so if you want to be close to town this isn't the hotel for you. I liked that it was secluded. I like the zoo, but I feel bad for the angry ostrich who doesn't seem to have any grass to eat. The food is good and is a la carte (on the adult side), I believe you can eat on the other side whenever you want, we went to the oriental restaurant and they had the best egg rolls I have ever had. I will go back to this hotel again. I don't think I would like the palladium side, there were alot of people there and I know that heaven is on the other side of the walkway!
“I am ready to book another trip!”
This was a fantastic place to stay. It was great to have a private restaurant and pool and beach area all to yourself. I went to the rest of the resort one night to eat and after having to deal with all the other people chose to stay at the adults only portion the rest of the time. The staff was fantastic and very patient.
“great hotel”
it was nice, big rooms. we had a room by the discoteca though and it was pretty loud all night. that would be the only downfall we had encountered about the resort- make sure to bring a pair of long pants if you want to eat at the resort though because some of the restaraunts require it
“Very Nice”
Pleasant Experience
“Makes You Feel Like Royalty All the Way”
The Royal Suites was amazing! my husband and I went there on our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was kind of out in the middle of nowhere. About 45 minutes from the PV airport. From the time we arrived at the Royal Suites entrance we were treated like royalty. They pick up our bags and got us into the room that we were satisfied with. Any issues we had (like the mini fridge not having beer in it and our room not having the layout we wanted) were dealt with immediately and they did not make us feel bad for asking for things. the maid turned down our bed while we were at dinner nightly and the room was always clean and well stocked with towels, beer, water and soda. The things you should not miss: -the nightly shows -the room service -the welcome drink at Portifino -the Royal suites restaurant.(Great view, amazing staff, spectacular food) -the Zoo (my husband made friends with the parrots there) Some negative stuff: -Kind of smelly by the zoo -Disco was hit or miss (they kick the kids out at midnight so go after then) -gift shop is very pricey so bring your own sunblock and smokes -exchange rate is not good at the hotel so do any currency exchange at the airport or the bank before you go. Great service, Great food, Great People. if you are looking to unwind and relax this is the place for you.
“Blown away”
Every thing was just amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly. We were greeted with a cocktail. The view was unforgettable. All of the meals were fantastic, except breakfast buffet was just okay. Rooms were very nice, although the jacuzzi in the room didnt work very well. Nice zoo and garden. No kids which was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Great place to relax”
We were surprised by the hotel service. Everybody was really friendly and made every attempt to make us feel comfortable. This is the VIP section of the Palladium Hotel. We didn't really hang out at the rest of the resort because the VIP section was the best. The food at the restaurant in the VIP section was really good, we were not impressed by the other restaurants. The drinks tend to be a bit watered down but if you know what you want ask for that specifically and don't forget to tip. The only thing is that the hotel is about 45 minute taxi ride from Puerto Vallarta airport, but I guess if your ultimate goal is to relax this is a good hotel to do that.
“Royal Suites...Royal Paradise!”
We spent a week at the Royal Suites and were pampered with luxury and service. The staff was wonderful, always available and attentive to our needs. The bar staff by the pool would always check and see if we needed refills or snacks. Everything was comfortable, clean and friendly. We will definitely be going back to Royal Suites.
“Loved the place!”
The beds were a little hard but other than that the staff was awesome, the rooms were great and we can't wait to go back next year!!!
“Check this place out”
Me and my wife stayed at the palladium for over a week and were extremely satisfied with our vacation. Great service, beautiful location away from downtown P.V.. I would recomend this place to anyone.
