“Outside of Puerto Vallarta”

I have always stayed close to PV on vacation and have enjoyed the wonderful city and nearby beaches. This time we wanted something special and booked a week at the Four Seasons in Punta Mita. It's about 45-50 minutes north if you go by car. The hotel service is out of this world, you feel welcome and pampered. The lazy river pool was used by adults and kids, the food and drinks are amazing, but boy do you pay for it. We went to the small town outside the hotel to eat on four nights. Ask the concierge for a referral. We drove to some nearby towns and just enjoyed the area. The kids club in included with the price of the room and our kids loved it. They were well looked after, but they weren't really taken out for activities or swimming. It's more of an indoor experience for the kids. We loved it and tried our best to enjoy everything and not pay too much attention to the prices on food and drinks.

“A SURFERS PARADISE”

I feel in love with this place. the hotel, service, food, waves, spa.. everything is perfect here. this is the best four seasons i have ever been too. the staff were wonderful, the three pools were great, and i was able to rent a panga down the road and surf the surrounding breaks with perfect waves and three people out. the restaurants were excelent and there are many different activities for everyone to enjoy. i will be back!! i give this hotel ten stars!!!

“Best Customer Service”

Just got back from a four-night stay at Four Seasons Punta Mita and can't say enough about the excellent experience. I have a food allergy (need to be gluten free) and was concerned about dining in this remote location. The chefs and staff were so accommodating and prepared the most delicious meals! I will definitely be back!

“I'm a Believer”

I have never been a Four Seasons kind of guy, but this trip converted me. The hotel was incredible, the service was amazing but not over-bearing and the hotel, while beautiful and sophisticated, still felt comfortable and casual.

“Best vacation ever”

If you are looking for that extra special resort in Mexico, this is it!! The FSR is beautiful beyond words. The property is beautifully landscaped. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. My family, (including two teens) were busy throughout the day with the activities the FSR had to offer. We went on the whale watching tour, kayaked, and took many lectures. The stargazing with Enrigue was amazing! Every employee we encountered took the time to chat with us! Patty at the lazy river was great as Oswaldo at the pool. Can't wait to return next year!!

“Pricey drinks and food”

Great place - although everything was overpriced. Drinks cost $20 with tax and gratuity included - so a couple drinks with your date and chips on beach cost $100. Plan on spending at least $500 per couple on food and beverage.

“July Experience”

This was my second time at this hotel. In March the service was much better. I went here for the week of July 4. I was put in a noisy room by the kids pool and told I had to wait a day to be moved even though the hotel was not full. It seemed to me as if they were understaffed this time of the year. The service was definitely not as good in July. Overall this is a beautiful place and is better in the busy season!!
