“Excellent Customer Service and Hospitality”

My husband and I were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our room, the quality of service and the professionalism of the hotel staff. What a great place to stay. I will definately return there in the future.

The room was very comfortable and totally clean. The mattress and bedding was wonderful. The only thing that i didn't like about the room was that it was on the bottom floor and we didn't feel comfortable opening the blinds and I know it's silly, but there was no vending machine for snacks. We searched every floor late at night to no avail.

I have stayed at a number of hotels in my life and on a scale of 1 to 10 this is an 11. No more needs to be said as this is the one place to take care of your needs be they for business or pleasure. I will be bringing my entire family of wife and children next time as this hotel has everything that anyone needs.

“Not a room you'd want to stay in”

I stayed in VT because my daughter attends UVM and was there for the weekend with her. When I got to my room, my first instinct was to tell the front desk I couldn't stay in this room and I should have gone with my first thoughts. It was right above the open foire and below me was a sitting area with fireplace and couches. The noise level from this area was overwhelming! The senior citizens and there were many, gathered there and talked like they were outside. The worst was when they gathered at 5:30 am. It is completely my fault for not changing rooms, but I would never use this for anyone other than a couple involved in whatever activity was happening at the hotel. We certainly enjoyed the pool but anytime hanging out in the room was not.

“Newly renovated, super clean & comfortable!”

The previous reviews on this hotel made me think twice about reserving a room, but things have obviously changed! The hotel staff, cleanliness of room and public spaces, service, and the comfort of the room were all A+. The location is very conventient to the highway (but not noisy) and it's a quick drive to downtown. Great hotel, we had a very nice time here!

“Norwich University Hotel Option”

Nice hotel, convenient location (45 mins from Norwich University) and the food at the restaurant was really good. Definitely would recommend stopping in at the gift shop, the owner is really nice and helpful with questions about the area and he has a great comic book collection.

The hotel and it's staff were great. I think there pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. The bottom of the pool was alittle yellow and the hot tub had hair and crud on the sides.
