“Extremely nice and pleasant, a short ride to downtown Burlington”

This hotel had very friendly and cordial staff, At 8:00 in the evenings they served warmed chocolate chip cookies and milk in the lobby. The continental breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of seating. The rooms were very clean, up to date, and well maintained. The hotel location was very nice and convenient and they have an excellent Restaurant. They had a beautiful indoor pool but we didn't get the chance to try it this time. The only things it was lacking was a refrigerator and microwave in our room, but I was so happy with everything else I didn't care.

“A comfortable stay”

Our stay was everything I expected. The breakfast was okay, but I always hope for a healthier variety of food than is generally offered. By general standards, though, this was an excellent motel and good value.

“Bad odor in rooms”

Pet odor in room. I do not have pets but hotel must designate rooms for pets as when smokers rooms. Sorry pets are not people, so not all people want to use rooms where pets stayed in.

“nice amenities and nice price!”

The Best Western-Windjammer Inn is a very good deal for a reasonable price. It has a nice warm indoor pool and hottub,(outdoor pool closed for renovation), free warm chocolate chip cookies every evening, a substantial complimentary continental breakfast included, and clean rooms with a nice TV, nice bathroom, and individually controlled airconditioning, heat, etc. The only drawback-my hot steamy shower set off the smoke alarm in the room! They need to get more advanced smoke alarms that respond only to smoke, not steam. I recommend using the steam vent in the bathroom! Other than that excitement, it was a great stay! I told them about the smoke alarm problem.I did not check out the restaurants, but the menus look very appealing.

Je vous recommande fortement cet hôtel; bien situé prix, courtoisie, propreté, services sur place et autour (Un Starbucks Café juste à côté), belle piscine, chambre spacieuse, personnel chaleureux, décor enchanteur! 10/10 dernière découverte; Wine Cellers à 2 pas de l'hôtel, épicerie fine et belle sélection de vin à prix très modique et le personnel très courtois!

“Great service and cookies, too!”

The shuttle was available when needed, which was very early for us (4:30 a.m.) - even the continental breakfast was ready early, although it is usually available at 5:00a.m. each day. Also, in the evening, warm chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby!! Only a slight confusion as to whether Expedia had paid for or just reserved the room - quickly resolved by a quick call to Expedia.

“Great hotel in South Burlington”

The hotel was everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a nice selection that pleased both me and my children, and the pool was clean and well maintained, if heavily chlorinated. Our room seemed well maintained and they appeared to be fixing up some of the lower level rooms during our stay, though it was not a disturbance to our stay at all.

“A decent night's stay”

The room was small, but cozy. A little pricey for the size. The bed was comfy. Continental breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly! Overall, a good night's stay!

“Over-priced”

This hotel was ok but a little pricey for the quality. It was like a higher class budget motel.
