Pool is attached to outdoor pool and was not temp controlled. We didn’t know until after checking in. There was literal human feces on the floor of the barely lukewarm hot tub. When brought to their attention, they didn’t seem surprised. Will not be staying agian

Less than thrilled
I took my granddaughter so she could swim while i relaxed in the hot tub. Sadly, the pool was not jus cold, it was like ice water n the hot tub only had 2 jets that worked, while the filter made some god-awful loud noise. Breakfast the next mornin, buscuits n gravy, served cold n the apple juice was very watered down. The beds were not real comfortable n i woke up with my back hurtin pretty good. Top that off with havin another room charge hit my acct even tho i had prepaid for the room when i made the reservation. They said it was a deposit for incidentals, but the website said deposit was $100, i was hit for $62.13, which doesn sound like a deposit to me. Beyond that, the staff very pleasant, but overall i was not happy n prolly will not return.

Hotel is ok. Shower was dirty with what appears to be mold around corner. 2 of us agreed we would not feel comfortable showering. Significant staining on blankets and sheets. Clean but need to be replaced because of stains. Breakfast was ok and pretty standard. Pool appeared to need repairs/cleaning. Would not stay again but wasn’t terrible either.

This hotel was disgusting, My water is my bathroom was a brown color there is NO hot water in the bathroom sink . The pool was like 60 degrees the hot tub was shut off and took 5 hours to heat up . ONLY stay here if you MUST !

Less than smooth check-in but the staff was good. The hot tub was not hot at all. Breakfast was ok...biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker were the hot items. We stayed for under $100 total so it was ok.

Had an amazing stay
We had an amazing stay. We went for a couple days to get away for our anniversary. Originally we had ordered a regular jacuzzi room but according to the staff, the room we had ordered was different from what was pictured here on the website. So you might want to change that. So the room that was actually ordered was just a regular room with no jacuzzi. But the manager came out and made it right with us and made our stay extra special and for a little extra, we were actually able to rent the Presidential Suite which wasn’t even listed on here. It was absolutely wonderful. We loved it! It had a King size bed, Jacuzzi, nice bathroom, a living room area, 2 tv’s, a table, and a wine refrigerator. It was so nice! Management and staff were so very sweet and hospitable.

Everything was just OK. No wow factor. The pool and hot tub looked like the water was dirty. The sheets and towels were quite thin. Quality Inn and Suites is usually much better than this. No screen on the window that opened. I was told I couldn’t receive a receipt because I made my reservation with Expedia. I never heard of that.
