First room was not what I had reserved and the a/c didn't work. They didn't move us until the next afternoon. Then this room was full of ants and extremely noisy. Bed was like laying on a board. We heard noise from the elevator, ping pong table until 2am, disco until 2am, maid service room elevator from 8am-8pm, elevator outside the room all hours of the day and night! The hotel was not air conditioned properly. It was hot everywhere! The bar tender said they are going bankrupt and closing on the 20th of September. They ran out of alcohol too.

Was really a beautiful hotel , lobby and reception area was so beautiful . We booked all inclusive and enjoyed the variety of the buffett fir breakfast linch and supper . They also offered snacks at 11 . Beautiful pool with lots of activities to enjoy such as beach volley ball ,ping pong ,darts . They also have a in hotel disco , it was ok honestly . They have a dj but they dont change the music . Each night it was the same line up of music which made it incredibly boreing .

The hotel could use an update. The WiFI was not consistent in the rooms. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was good and plenty of variety. Pool and beach were excellent. Entertainment staff was fun and engaging, great night shows.

Rooms need to be remodel and up date with all the furniture in side the room
Very bad hotel. The security guard was very rude. Going in and out of the hotel was a pain. The security guard never showed any respect to anyone. He even argued with the taxi just to enter and pick me up. Very uncivilized security guard.
Hotel staff at the reception made me beg if I wanted something and they never bothered to help.
I have been to many hotels and this is one of the worst experiences I've had.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Unprofessional staff. Staff acts bothered every time you ask for something, they act like they're doing you a favor! Horrible food and service. Stay away! It's a rip off!
I am shocked with the poor standards of customer service. Cleanliness was a problem. We had to wait for a long time for them to find our booking , though it was fully paid through hotels.com we had to leave our passports to be able to go the room ,,,,

We are mature independent travellers and we never booked an all inclusive before. This hotel offered all you could possibly need. The room en suite was spacious with a powerful shower. The service by the wonderful staff in the hotel and on the beach was excellent. The food and drink was top quality and in abundance. Overall this hotel offers great value for money.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and most helpful at all times. We loved our stay. The hotel is currently going through renovations and I wish they used marble rather than carpet. Will stay here again for sure.....soon
We always stay overnight on way too and fro from Tunis to Kerkennah.Food is good,staff excellent.Have tried at least 5 other hotels and this is best.Swimming pool is beautiful and the beach is really nice at back of Hotel.Would recommend to most people.A little far from town centre but taxis are really cheap.
Have stayed in many of Tunisia's hotels as my husband and I are resident there.This one had mixed reviews but was really excellent as Tunisian hotels go.Food was very good,staff unfailingly pleasant.Will use in future as our stopover hotel.(show not very good but funny)
Room was a mini suite and slightly tired looking but spotless.
It's simple: the staff will treat you like the only guest in the hotel! Superb service ! I had an amazing week with my family !

Definitely not a five star hotel, the garden could be in better shape, the building too. The all-inclusive-system works quite well, food surprisingly tasty.

Suite à la période covid l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Les chambres sont refaites petit à petit.
Le site est superbe, l'hôtel est bien équipé.
