Easy access to Sorrento Landmarks. Good and helpful staff. Room amenities were very good. Some items in the room were faulty. The staff were very good and quick in mending or replacing them.

Nice but…
Location is wonderful, staff, when there, were friendly and helpful. However, the room was dirty, and you have to call the front desk (when they are there) to change the room temperature, which made for one warm night and two cold nights since nobody was there after hours to change the temperature.

The property was updated and properly maintained! It had a very clean and contemporary decor! The suites were comfortable for 4 adults with separate sleeping quarters. The location was also great! I would book again!

This hotel was clean and easy to access (with a taxi). The staff was very helpful and polite. It was well stocked if you wanted to eat or cook in. There were plenty of extra bla keys and pillows. This was a pleasant stay and we would recommend.

This is a perfect little place if you want to be able to make your own breakfast and get on with the day. It is only 10 minutes walk from the main piazza. What I didn't like is that fact that both my mum and I had make up stolen. The cost of the item is not an issue but it is the inconvenience. We were told that we must of thrown the items in the bin. Both of us didn't have our make up near a bin...my mum's was in her make up bag in the bedroom and mine was outside of the bathroom on a shelf. The hotel said that there was no way a staff member would steal. I said that if I wanted to make accusations I would have said money or jewellery was stolen not 2 items inexpensive items of make up. The rest of the trip we just kept our valuables locked in our suitcase.

This property was very spacious and close to many cafes and restaurants and a quick walk to Marina Grande. The staff was helpful and spoke English. We did have an ant problem, which once we informed the staff, they came and took care of it. We were told the trash would be taken out daily, but can't say that was the case for us. However, it was a very affordable option and served its purpose for us.

Excellent central yet quiet and safe location to all major Sorrento tourist spots. We love the location and very convenient! The small convenient store and ATM just next door. Rent-a car or vaspa or bike just around the corner. Awesome restaurants just few steps away and lemon orchards, Marina port, Piazza Tasso all within mins of walking distant, which is faster than driving and finding parking around the area. The property is very clean, modern, spacious with kitchen and nice balcony with sea view and street view. The staffs are fantastic, helpful and cheerful.

Great location to the town center and everything is within walking distance. The staff were very nice and helpful as well. The room we stayed in was clean and offered a mini kitchen for those who wanted to cook during their stay. The bathroom was a decent size and again was clean. Plenty of compartments and drawers for clothing storage. I recommend this hotel and would stay again. We hope to come back next year!

So, our experience was like a rollercoaster. The place was great but the staff was not very supportive in helping out for multiple things like providing extra beds , parking. Though they did give us an extra hour for the check out - so not completely disappointed. Would recommend the place location wise and price.

Simply, we can not provide extra beds because we are not allowed to host 5 people in a one bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Regarding the car parking, we would like to remind you that it is available under reservation. Good location, friendly staff who provided good information of trips, boat, bus times. Facilities are good, no iron in your room, but there is a facility to go and iron if you want to and also has washing machines etc in case you need it.

The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and serviced regularly. The only minus was the position of the bathroom which was through the bedroom meaning guests sleeping on the sofa bed did not have direct access to it.

Spacious apartment, clean and well equipped kitchen plus a balcony for morning breakfast or evening drinks as long you don't mind the traffic noise. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. In a very good location, convenient for trains and buses. All staff are very helpful, especially Rafaella. We will stay here again next visit to Sorrento.

Great home base.
Check in was easy and pleasant, the clerk on duty was very helpful and nice. The suite was perfect for us, we were a couple and a third adult so the pull out couch worked great, especially with the privacy door between spaces. The kitchenette allowed us to make a few meals but the hotel’s location is surrounded by great restaurants to tempt you too! Convenient to the local train and the harbor for day excursions to Naples, Pompei, Positano and Amalfi.

Spacious and simply furnished and quiet but well located within 10 minutes walk of town centre.Excellent bathroom.Most helpfull staff. Poorly equipped if wanting to cook a proper meal and no wine glasses, just tumblers. Most disappointing that the free use of Hotel pool is not available if suite not booked direct through Hotel direct otherwise charged at 15 euros /day per person. As a result the hotel had no business from us.

Unfortunately, the kitchen is quite small but reasonably well appointed, with a kettle, toaster, microwave. It is certainly adequate for simple meals. As regards the facilities at our sister Hotel Riviera, we would like to point out that it is specified on Expedia that the use of swimming pool/bathing platform has an extra cost (Euro 15,00 per person and per day: towels, parasol and sun loungers included). Great location! Walking distance to city center. No breakfast was included but there is a small bar/restaurant right next door to hotel which we had coffee and breakfast every morning and then met friends before dinner for drinks. They had a washer/dryer to use for fee but very convenient! Beds are on the very firm side. Would recommend this hotel!!

Our reservation was canceled and hotels.com rebooked us here. It was more expensive than our original booking and hotels.com covered the difference which was unexpected and appreciated. The location is great and within walking distance to town. I like that it was a little bit away from the crowds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t think there is anyone to check you in between 4 - 9 PM so you need to consider that when making travel plans. The room was clean, and very modern. Everything seemed to be brand new. If I were to go back to Sorrento I would definitely stay there again. Excellent restaurants very close by.
