“Lovely apartment”

What a lovely surprise this apartment was, it exceeded our expectations in many ways. Sorrento is a fantastic place to visit anyway, but this apartment made it more special. It is located a five minute walk from the main centre of Sorrento and around a ten minute walk to the station. Everything was very clean and tidy, the one small problem we had (ran out of gas) was quickly resolved. More generally, if you have anyone traveling to Sorrento who is dairy and gluten sensitive as one of our party was, the large supermarket in the centre stocks a very good range of dairy and gluten free foods.

“A little lost in Sorrento, but great once found”

It's important to remember that this is an apartment and not a hotel. I would recommend ringing the number prior to arriving in Italy to let the apartment owner know when you are arriving. Unfortunately the map supplied by the Tourist Information shows the wrong location of the road. Via Parsano is actually off of Via degli Aranci (not Corso Italia). As previously mentioned this is an apartment so you need to ring the number when you arrive so the owner can meet you with the keys. Once inside the apartment is clean and tidy and has fridge, cooker, etc. In terms of value for money you would be hard pushed to beat it but please do your homework on the location before you arrive. Not for those with mobility issues.

“good location but not good enough facilities”

little hot water supplier for shower. especially when you have more than 3 people, it will be terrible to take turns to take showers. The water boiler in the shower doesnt work well to supply sufficient hot water. It is ok for 1 or 2 days but definitely is a problem for those who plan to stay long or have more than 3 people living in the aptment.
