“Local Friendly Charm”

The hotel is located a 20 minute walk from town center and very close to bus stops. The hotel was very helpful in providing bus, train and ferry schedules to all connecting ports such as Capri and Amalfi. The garden setting is absolutely charming amonst lemon and olive groves with distant views of the mediterrean. A short walk and you find yourself amongst Roman Ruins and the Giovanni baths. Great watering hole and very private. Breakfast was more than enough in variety and setting with service enjoyable. If you use a cab from the train station, make sure the cabby drives around to the entrance for cars and does not drop you at the bottom of the hillside paved walk way. I would stay here again.

“Wonderful place to stay.”

OK first of all there is a steep climb from the road to the hotel so don't book here if you have very young children or are not good with steps. That said for everyone else, particularly if you want a beautiful peaceful place to stay then this is perfect. Sorrento is easy to reach either by walking (15-30 mins depending on how fast you walk!) or by the buses that run every 15 minutes to midnight. So you have the best of both worlds. A beautiful quiet place to stay and easy access to a bustling tourist town with plenty to do and planty to see. The staff are friendly and will try to help you with anything you need. Wonderful- I would definitely go back.

“Lovely hotel”

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It's very well run & friendly. The location is beautiful, walking distance from Sorrento & all public transport but quiet & private too. The rooms & amenities are excellent. I don't want it to be discovered by too many people!

“Rustic Retreat”

Family owned & run Hotel, away from all the hustle & bustle of towm, Casale Antoniette is a great place to get away. Bus service into town every 20 mins, walking not really an option.Good restaurant, 10 mins walk.

“Better than expectations”

Good hotel with easy access to Sorrento. Very helpful staff and very good breakfast. Lovely peaceful surroundings. the regular bus service is a short walk from the hotel but not suitable for small children or those who have difficulty with steep hills.

“Worth the Climb!!”

First things first, the hotel is only accessible via a long track which is a fair way out of the way, or by a steep footpath from the main road, so if you don't like the idea of a trek up a hill every night, then this isn't really the place for you. For those that aren't put off, the hotel is wonderful. Friendly staff and service, wonderful surroundings (lemon, olive and fig trees), in the hills above the town so cooler at night and quaint little rooms with character. There's a main bus stop at the end of the path which takes you straight into town. I would thoroughly reccommend the hotel. Many thanks to Marco and the staff.

“Tranquil setting: I left a new and relaxed person”

This hotel is great if you are looking for a peaceful setting to relax, but not great if you are looking for nightlife, close proximity to shopping and sites, etc. The service is fantastic, the breakfasts (included) are great, as are the dinners (not included). My room and the setting itself were gorgeous and peaceful. However, on the other hand, you must take a bus or walk about 20 minutes on a busy road (without sidewalks) to get into town (sorrento). For my visit, I was more interested in having time to relax, read, etc., and I can't imagine a better place for such a trip.

“Nice family run hotel”

Very nice location away from hustle and bustle of Sorrento town in beautiful olive groves and surrounded by lemon trees. The hike up the hill from the bus stop (just a few minutes) was a little challenge but made us feel better about all the lovely food we ate! Breakfast buffet was nice as was evening food; served either in the beautifully decorated farm house or outside (evening food was only served on certain evenings; you need to check in the morning with staff). Staff are very friendly and always ready to help; it is important though that you catch them in the morning as the reception was not staffed during the day (might have been because we stayed here at the beginning of the season). We would definitely recommend this place to everyone who enjoys peace and quiet to relax from exciting day trips to Pompeii, Naples, Capri. We loved it.

“Wonderful scenic setting”

The hotel is extremely beautiful with gorgeous lemon groves and plesent to stay in. It seemed a lovely place to stay if you like to spend a lot of time within the hotel grounds itself. Relaxed atmosphere. Short bus ride to Sorrento centre, with the bus stop outside the hotel. However, is situated at the top of a steep hill and may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled. Overall though, a pleasent stay.
