“Perfect views of Sorrento!”

This hotel looks better than the pics on the website. Its been modernised. The rooms are very big with beautiful italian furniture and tiled bathrooms - you're lucky if you get a sea veiw too. The views of Sorrento are amazing looking out into the sea as you sip lemon daquaris with various special bites that the waiters give you each evening before heading into town for dinner or the hotel restaurant. You are made to feel very special at the restaurant and the food is perfect - try to get a table outside as it is very romantic with night views of Sorrento. Reminds me very much of Monte Carlo!

“Everything and more”

Set up over Sorrento with views to die for. Beautiful food, try the sea bass or the quail. Breakfast will set you up for the day and the staff could not be more helpful if they tried. Although you need to use either a taxi or shuttle bus to get into the centre of Sorrento it is more than compensated for by the serenity and the escape from the bustle of the town at the end of the day.

“Well worth a stay”

A great hotel even at the end of the season when the weather was not so good. Very obliging staff. Fabulous views and great food. The shuttle bus could have had more frequency, don't know if this changes in high season. Great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento town.

“would go back tomorrow”

All the staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where really spacious and we had the most amazing veiw ever. The pool is gorgeous and because of the location you get a cool wind i would recommend this hotel to anybody...I would go back tomorrow if i didnt have to work..

“Lovely views, great staff, would again and again”

Only drawback is the bus service into the toen of Sorrento doesn't start until 8:30 am so taxi is required for early morning starts. The taxis are really expensive!!! Late flights to Naples are a problem because the last train to Sorrento is at 11pm but the hotel was fabulous and no need to go out for food in the evenings as it was lovely and reasonably priced in the hotel.

“What a View!”

This is a terrific hotel! Our stay here was one of the best we had during our travels. The views were breathtaking. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. Every staff member we came in contact with was kind beyond compare! Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The only minor issue we had with our room was noise during the night. The walls must have been very thin. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool or sitting on the balcony by the bar and taking in the scenery. This is a hotel that allows you to kick back and relax. Definitely get a room with a sea view if they have one. Although we spent two nights in a sea view room, we had to spend our first night without a view, and it just wasn't the same. The breakfast was delicious and it was served on the balcony overlooking the sea. What a great way to start a day! You won't regret booking at this hotel!

“Stunning views and superb staff.”

Views from the hotel of the Bay of Naples, Vesuvius & the town of Sorrento is stunning. The hotel staff were superb all being friendly, helpful and treating us as individuals. The dining room is a wonderful setting looking out across the bay and being able to eat on the balcony in the warm evenings was a real treat. The options on the menu for diner meant that we really did have to make a choice every meal, and it was good value. Drinks, cocktails and snack prices were good. The hotel bus service was always to timetable with a relaxed 15 minute drive by Tony. An early evening bus slot would have been appreciated but the walk down into Sorrento was not long (not along the longer bus route) but steep making the return only for the very fit! Overall a wonderful holiday hotel which we will certainly be returning to.

“Outstanding Service, Sorrento Views & Accommodations”

Excellent service & style from the moment of check-in. Gorgeous views of the Sorrento valley. Grounds & facility manicured & well-maintained. Wonderful room & amenities. Wonderful pool, deck & bar with spectacular views & services. Only downsides: Food & beverage pricing thru-the-roof by local standards! While food was well-prepared & delicious, dinner service in the unappealling cafeteria-style restaurant was rushed, freanetic, & pricey! Bring your wallet, and prepare to be pampered! Thumbs-up to a great place to relax!

“Lovely Hotel with impressive views”

We stayed at the Hotel President for 5 days in July. The hotel staff are very pleasant and cannot do enough for you, the room we stayed in was very large with a fantasic sea view. The facilities at the hotel were also excellent, good sized swimming pool with jacuzzi they also have a roof terrace with a hot tub and hammock. The hotel offers a courtesy bus into the town as it is a good 20 minute walk down, we had a taxi back which was very expensive. Breakfast I felt was a little basic for a four star hotel, but would not put me off going again.
