Our order took quite some time to arrive and although my partner's dish was piping hot, well cooked and delicious mine was cold. I asked to have it changed and opted for a change of dish. Apologies were proferred and accepted, my new dish arrived quickly and without prompting we were advised there would be no charge for the food, just for the drinks. I was not looking for this and felt that this reflected good service. I signed for the drinks. On checkout I was charged for them twice, one as stand a lone drinks, wi
