DES SUITES TRÈS PROPRES ET BIEN ÉQUIPÉES
TRÈS BEL HOTEL. TRÈS PROPRE ET BIEN ÉQUIPÉ.EAU DE LA PISCINE TRÈS FROIDE ET LE MATELAS DU DIVAN-LIT ÉTAIT TRÈS MINCE.LE TERRAIN DE TENNIS EST MINIATURE..??? LE DÉJEUNER ÉTAIT CORRECT. DU BON BACON FERAIT L'AFFAIRE AU LIEU DES PÂTÉS DE SAUCISSES DOUTEUX. MAIS LA CHAMBRE ÉTAIT PARFAITE(LIT QUEEN,CUISINE, SALON,SALLE DE BAIN).

This property needs updating. Complete updating. I realize it is near a university—always booked and sticky, but Marriott needs to gut this place. We had to switch rooms due to water stains and mold and all the broken tiles in the bathroom. Second room had most bathroom tiles broken and was a queen bed instead of a king—receptionist didn’t bother to mention this and offered no bill credit. Bed was swaying in the middle and didn’t have the mattress cover at all— the bed in the first room had one. Had to call maintenance to fix the slow toilet that had no shut off valve—this may contribute to the tile problem. So Marriott—time to gut and redo—still popcorn ceilings and painted-over wallpaper. Furniture needs stain crayon fixes or to be sold off at auction. The cleaning staff was lovely and got the place as clean as possible, but the coffee machine still needed much bleach… And I do appreciate the useful trash cans in the hall, because people these days are slobs, but the barrels could have been nicer to look at as these are the same that go out on the street. Take that in for a minute. And the sign outside says Re——-ce Inn, so some light bulbs as well. Should say Days Inn.

There was barely any hot water in the room, the refrigerator made a noise something awful Euhus throughout the night. The room smelled of pets, pets, and covering it up. Probably one of my most inconvenient Marriott stays.

Noisy. Thin walls. Stomping heard from above our entire stay. Fan broke in the kitchen & they declined to fix it. House keeping staff was very friendly though. Front desk didn’t help much with our questions.

Stayed her for quick weekender trip for an event and meet up with a friend. Staff were accommodating and had my room cleaned everyday which was nice. Only iffy was the breakfast was pretty simple.

A hotel far above the rest.
This is an amazing hotel but the best part is the staff. They are all so friendly and made my 2 week stay as good as I've ever had at any hotel. The breakfast is excellent.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean and I had a good generally stay. My only complaint was that when the bathroom light was turned on, a loud, high pitched annoying sound was emitted from the light. It was very disruptive for showering and using the bathroom and I recommend that be repaired.

I enjoyed this Marriott in all aspects except for a few things. We were not informed at reservation that there would be $100.00 fee for a pet. I do hope when the room is cleaned that this will be refunded. A deposit would be acceptable, but this charge is excessive.

The property was very neat and clean. When I walked through the hall, it had a clean pleasant smell like they sprinkled deodorizer down on the carpet. I definitely would stay here again. The only problem I had was the annoying sound of the air conditioning unit every time it clicked on. It was loud and near the bed. Maybe if it was in the living room area it would have been better. It would click on like every 20 minutes or so. It wasn’t a deal breaker at all. I would definitely come back because everything else about this hotel was on point. The staff were really nice and accommodating.
