“Very satisfied with our stay.”

The room was very cold when we first arrived (Heating system turned off) . Maintenance Engineer immediately brought in a room heater. The phone was not working correctly - also replaced immediately by the Maintenance Engineer. Excellent Breakfast, but a little disappointed with evening Manager's Reception snacks.

“Rutgers trip”

Hotel was nice except for restaurant..We tried to eat dinner but hostess told us that there was no room and then she said it was too late to eat.........8:00pm She just didnt want to bother..There were only two tables of customers at the time....We had to drive 15 minutes, not knowing where we were going to eat dinner after checkin and a long drive...not very accomadating

“OK for a short trip”

My room overlooked the HVAC so the view was . . . there was no view. The noise from the HVAC was constant and annoying. Otherwise the hotel is in great shape and the service was good.

“Not Impressed”

Had to switch rooms because I found a roach in the closet. The decor was outdated and not inviting.
