I won't even give this property a star not for staff not for cleanliness not for around the property we were treated very rudely they charged us for service dogs they said they had to clean the room extra because having service dogs and when I walked on the floor when I first went in with bare feet my feet were black I had to put slippers on they're only outlet available in the room for my heating pad after driving all the way from Virginia was not it was worn out and would not my heating pad would not stay plugged in also we had no hot water so we couldn't take showers at night they said that there were continental breakfast this includes toast cereal milk and coffee it was really an awful experience I'll never stay there again they said they had a tub couldn't soak in the tub because there was no plug to plug up the tub warning do not stay at this motel it does not even deserve one star in any of the listed categories above watch out for hidden fees. And the 24-hour office is closed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m..

Low expectations with high reviews
Our stay was nice. Listen for the price i didn't expect much and besides we wanted to spend our time in Atlantic city. But the employees were super nice and so were the people stsying there. Don't exoect fancy updated rooms but the front desk was super helpful and nice.

We found a bed bug within 2 minutes of being in the room. It also had one of the worst smells I've ever smelt.They refused a refund and we left immediately.

Let's say it is not on my top 10 list. It was fine for my purpose, just needed an overnight place to crash as part of my charity event. The room was clean and seemed ok. although it is a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. there was some mold growing in the shower. The area is ok. A typical motel along a state highway. Lots of "interesting folks" staying here. My rook was across from a gazebo and a group opted to hang out late making a bit of noise, but I had my window open to ventilate so maybe it would have been quieter had I closed the window. I was a tad concerned that the door would not close properly and that it only had a lock in the handle that anyone could force with ease. There was no deadbolt, or even a bar or chain. I propped the chair against the door handle for a feeling of security while I slept. all told it was an average motel room. I know my wife would have hated it. LOL.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, but the rooms were disgusting. There were missing bathroom floor tiles. The laminate flooring in the rooms was dirty, in very poor condition, floor had major cracks, flooring pealing up, flooring spongy and soft. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall the rooms are nasty. I will never stay there again.

It was filthy & manager was very unwelcoming. Mold in the bath tub. Some shady guests. We found another cleaner more comfortable place the next day. So glad we did! It's very cheep but there's a reason for that.

A ok place for one night
The room was clean and suitable if your staying just overnight. We couldn’t take a shower because there was no hot water and the tub was filling up with water as we waited for it to warm up. We had to go to a family member house to shower.

Our room smelled like cigarettes smoke.Our first day we went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned for hours which did not help take the smell away.My 4 year old who has CF and I have asthma could not stop coughing and had to take medications to help us breathe and to help with the cough. Our Smokey smelling curtains were both falling off the windows so we happen to have paper clips to hold them up so no one could see in our room totally ridiculous that it would be a easy fix for the owner and it was totally over looked and wasn’t important.Our door had a large opening underneath and on each side that we folded newspaper to keep mice and bugs out. We even rolled up a towel to put across the bottom of the door the gap was so big.The freezer was a solid block of ice that we couldn’t put anything in it again totally ridiculous.Our bathroom faucet handle came off in my hand the very first I turned in on we had to keep putting it back on each time we used it.Such a inconvenience for sure.The toilet paper holder was so old and disgusting that we wrapped it with paper towels so we didn’t have look at it because it was gross.We put other toilet paper on the counter in the bathroom.The bathroom floors had so many cracked ceramic tiles we laid our towels down so we wouldn’t get cut again ridiculous.Our headboards were so sticky we scrubbed them as well. The stunk of cigarette smoke.But our last night there we were awaken by several animals walking and scratching in the ceiling.

The room we were in was supposed to be a nonsmoking, it was not! Awful smell. The air conditioner was very loud we had a difficult time sleeping. The bathtub was moldy around the whole tubs caulking. It was very dirty and filled with mosquitoes. When we arrived, the tub had dead bugs in it. I found an old pretzel under my bed. The floors were filthy - I knew because I accidentally spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up, I looked at the towel and it was almost black.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Conveniently located but seriously was afraid to turn the lights in the middle of the night for fear of roaches. That didn't happen BUT.....the bathroom had mold in it AND hasn't been updated in decades. Water pressure was great a 6AM. The mattress protector looks like its never been changed or washed. I almost went and bought new sheets and a blanket but figured I could last 1 night. Staff was courteous. I just think the updates and cleaning should be better.

It was terrible, there was mold in the bathroom and the box spring. We had to wait to get hot water, one of the beds had sand on it. It was very disappointing. We wanted to leave but they wouldn't give us a refund.
