Wonderful service at front desk - I advised I had an early train and they organized a bagged breakfast for me as I was leaving before the breakfast room was open. The location is just meters from the train station which is good but the area around the train station could use upgrades. No fault of the hotel.

The best feature of this property is the staff. We especially commend Nicolay who helped us with side trip arrangements and worked to answer any questions about food, transportation, etc. however all staff members did their best to help us out. The property is not in the center of town. We used public transport, which is cheap and well-run. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Our stay at the Best Western Terminus was pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location wasn’t the greatest and sometimes felt a little unsafe, especially at night but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Comfortable hotel very near train and bus station and trams and subway. Center is only 10 minutes by tram and 20-25 minutes walking. Staff was helpful and recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby.

Connivence to the train cant be understated, you can get to the airport in 30 mins or less. Lots of small restaurants, bakeries and cash exchange places and a few grocery stores make dining an easy cheap prospect

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the station and other transports and was very pleasantly surprised with all the other bonuses. It is a great small hotel with good breakfast and absolutely superb service. Staff is just fantastic. Also, if you are going to tours or hiring a car is one of the very few hotels in the city that has a car park. I highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia exceeded expectations. The hotel's strategic location near the station and a convenient tram stop right outside made exploring the city hassle-free. The breakfast spread offered plenty of choices. Notably, the rooms were spotless. What set this hotel apart was the incredibly helpful and kind staff, making my stay memorable and comfortable. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Sofia.

This is a very convenient hotel in close proximity of the central railway station so easy to get around! Rooms were nice and warm which was perfect in cold jan weather! Comfy bed, fridge in the room and good bathroom facilities

Best bet for the station
Amazing service from the helpful, motivated staff, clean and tidy hotel, very convenient for the train station. The building is a little dated but it's had a decent makeover recently.

We enjoyed Sofia and the hospitality!!
Hotel is great and very close to railway station, clean, quiet, nice beds. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Thanks Anjelin, Gabi, others at reception for help with directions, restaurants, maps and more. Could really use a sign showing Best Western on north side facing railway station to find hotel at night while raining with no cell service. We walked 6-8 blocks to find it and had to ask twice. Great access to all public transportation.

Best Western Terminus is very near all forms of transport links, bus, tram, train etc however, there is very minimal instructions or directions in any other language other then Bulgarian. Using Google maps helps a lot with finding your way around. The hotel staff are lovely and really helpful. The hotel is reasonably well equipped. We were given a complimentary upgrade which was lovely but room was still quite small. Air con was amazing though. The only negatives I have were on a few occasions the lift wasnt working, so there was a need to walk down the stairs to the breakfast room, not a problem but the bannister is extremely wobbly and feels quite dangerous. Also, upon our arrival there was only 1 glass and 1 bath towel in our room for 2 people. Also no ironing board as another guest had borrowed the one they have. However, you really can't fault any of the staff. They even printed some tickets for us. There was a variety of options for breakfast and complimentary tea, coffee etc in reception too.

Nice hotel, good rooms, confortable beds, slept very well. Breakfast options were good for what it is. Area was very handy for getting the train, tram, metro, or bus. Takes 25-30 mins to walk to the main tourist areas. I'ts a little bit sketchy around there, quite a few beggars about, not unsafe though.

I have stayed here before, usually after a long flight and/or a late arrival in the city. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable, a very good breakfast is included and the hotel is very close to Sofia Main Railway Station, which is extremely convenient in my case.

Wonderful stay
One day trip stop off. All staff were friendly and willing to help. Location is great if you are planning to travel to other locations. Close to all public transport and easy to travel around the city and out of city.

Great location, opposite central train and bus station. Easy to walk into city centre or travel by Metro or tram. Friendly, helpful staff especially Angelin on reception. Comfortable room. Good breakfast choices... and very happy that Twining's English Breakfast tea is offered.

I had a great experience. The room was nice and spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable.There were some signs of wear and tear in the bathroom (shower) and the fridge had some marks inside but these two things were minor. I was on the 7th floor and could hear some traffic from the outside. Also, the birds were really loud in the morning so if you're a light sleeper like I am, I'd recommend taking ear plugs just in case ( I did and had a nice sleep). Breakfast was rather basic but nice and filling. Kept me going for a few hours. The hotel is a few mins away from the train and bus stations so it's a great option if you're going to go on day trips etc. It takes a few mins to get to the centre by metro, there's plenty of trams and buses outside, you can also walk to the centre (20 mins or so). Staff were very nice and friendly. Did their best to help and make me feel welcome. Overall, I had a great stay and would choose this hotel again.
