There was a roach on my door handle, the carpet was wet, all of the pillow cases were dirty, and the shower handle came off in my hand.

The property was in a great location check in was quick room was ok. Show drainage was slow lean a puddle of water at your feet. For a reservation for 4 adults only 2 towels and wash clothes had to wait to shower the next day as non was available. Having to track down house keeping just to get stuff so the other 2 people could shower was crazy.

It wasn't a big problem, but on the third day, we removed the sign "Do not disturb" so they could come to take the trash and bring more towels. Everything was the same when we returned to the hotel that night. The next day, we notified them, and when we came back, everything was already cleaned.

Our shower wouldn’t drain properly.. literally standing in dirty water as we showered! The shower was also dirty upon arrival!
The beds were so uncomfortable that you could feel the springs as we laid down.
The “clean” towels had someone else’s hair stuck to them.
We had a lady harassing us in the parking lot. She followed us to our car and kept making remarks about my son…. We literally had to move her out of the way to be able to shut the door.
I’ve never done a bad review and I seriously thought about not writing this one but I was so upset!!

Absolutely terrible hotel. Will never stay here again. Hotel room smelt like male cat spray and didn’t look properly cleaned. I found an earring and left over food in the room. Bathroom toilet was leaking water. There were many different people loitering around the property made me feel unsafe walking with my son to my car. The staff were never at the desk when you needed them to be. The elevator stopped working out of no where so on check out had to carry all my luggage down the stairs. If I could give zero stars I would. They should honestly close this hotel down with how bad it’s failing apart.

Great place for the weekend. It’s newly renovated which means it was definitely clean. The only negatives were a slow drain in our shower, only 1 waffle maker (not that big of a deal just inconvenient). But otherwise everything was great and close to Truist park which was a huge bonus. I’d definitely stay again!

The property is right off the highway which is nice. However, there is only 1 entrance right as you ramp off the hwy and turn right. If you miss it, you have to U-turn, go under the hwy, U-turn and try again. Rooms were clean, staff accommodated you when you asked. Would stay again.

Was setup in a room that has roaches. Moved to a room that had the largest roaches ever! Limited breakfast items and the servicer had an attitude and did not want to put out food after 8 am. The best thing is the location. It is close to the highway and food options. The hotel has a rule of not bringing food to your room. Now we know why!

No TV service in the rooms. Has smart TV available but WiFi only works half the time. Nicely updated rooms but low water pressure. Breakfast is also hit and miss. Items missing most of the time making choice’s very limited.

Overall good stay with kind service. My only complaint is the whole place smelled like weed from several guests (one even openly walking with weed).
