Was clean. Its was a basic hotel room. Staff was very friendly! And helpful :) I feel that $200 a night isnt worth it.

Very modern rooms. Clean. Bathroom on main floor is very dated strangely but most people wouldnt see this. I just couldnt give all stars for property condition

I liked the clean quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed the Continental breakfast, I did not like that there were no chairs in the room - a bed - that's it. In my younger days that would have been fine but when an old guy has to rent a room since his wife is in the hospital for an operation, a chair would be a nice change. I did not like that one floor lamp would not work and the coffee machine would not work.

Our room was nice and clean The front counter staff was very rude and not helpful. They processed our payment before hand when we were supposed to pay at the hotel and were told that's there process for this hotel. The breakfast that was included had very little choices and the "hot" food was cold.

Overall this was a decent stay for good value. The room was overall fairly clean and well maintained. I had not looked closely at my booking and was quite surprised to realize it was two double beds instead of queens. Clearly it used to be queens as the headboards were too large for the beds. The room was big enough for queens. No idea why the change was made. Makes it for a tight squeeze for a family. The breakfast was standard. Nice option to not have to eat out. At the time of our stay the hotel was setting up a new payment system that wasn’t working. So they were asking for a cash deposit of $100. That seems very unrealistic expectation for many. Overall it will do the trick and not break the bank.

Service was nice but...
Stayed in town while visiting family for holidays. The hotel staff are kind and friendly: theyre doing their best with a hotel that is in poor condition and disrepair. Complaints: -side door to hotel had no handle/lock anyone can easily enter the hotel at any time. Its a security issue that any hotel ought to deal with asap. -pillows were awful. I may as well have rolled up a towel and used that -bed size adverised was queen sized (Im not taking out measuring tape) but it felt more like a double. -dining room is small and can really only accomodate four or five families at breakfast hours I guess you get what you pay for but hotel options arent exactly plentiful in this neck of the woods.

Clean and comfortable. Check in staff was super friendly. I had a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn’t work properly, which was disappointing. Overall a good stay except for the jacuzzi.

the person at the front desk was very likeable. The light for the Best Western was not on and we drove past because it was so dark. The pillows on the bed were the worst. The toilet was extremely low and I thought it would overflow every time I flushed it. The lady that was looked after the breakfast was top notch. the Breakfast was good.

Beautiful jacquizzi bathtub room, amazing customer service. The stairs to the second floor are the only negative - should have an elevator so you don't have to lift all the luggage.
