“Best hotel breakfast of a two week trip”

We stopped at this hotel on a return trip from Texas and this was by far the best breakfast of the trip. They had hard boiled eggs, sausage, gravy, buscits,eggs, cereal, fruit, berries/nuts for the waffle cookers, danishes, and even more. The ONLY drawback of the hotel is road noise. They ar right next to I-10 and the tractor noise was a little loud at times. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

“Superb Experience!”

The location is very convenient to New Orleans. We went to watch the Alabama Crimson Tide beat the brakes off of the LSU Bengal Tigers. Roll Tide! Anyway, the hotel is spotless, and the staff were very kind and caring. The king-size mattress was VERY comfortable-just as good as the mattresses at the upscale hotels in bigger cities. The walls were thin, so there was some noise, but this is to be expected at almost any hotel. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a hot waffle iron, and batter ready to pour each morning. If you need a place to stay in Slidell at a reasonable rate, this is great place.

“incedible location and amazing staff”

this hotel is close to everything you could possibly need, yet its located in a quiet area. the staff was great!!! i booked online through expedia, but i took a business card so i can talk to them directly from now on.(and i am not just saying all this because of the beautiful girls that work there!!!!)

“Nice place to stay.”

Very clean, friendly desk help. About 30 miles from downtown NO. Very convenient if you are traveling on I-12. Would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone traveling on either I-10 or I-12.

“Loud!!!!”

We were in town for a funeral and this hotel was located near the funeral home. We had a terrible time finding it using mapquest and our TOM TOM. Just happened to see it as we drove by lost. The hotel is new thus the problems with the maps. Service was friendly and the room was clean. The air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was damp in that area which the staff was aware of (problem with angle of a pipe). The main problem with the hotel is road noise and the paper thin walls. We could hear the person next to us as if there was no wall at all. His snoring woke us in the middle of the night and his alarm the other two mornings. The fitness room is nothing more than a treadmill and the pool is outside facing the highway. Overall this was a nice new hotel that was not very restful during a stressful time. If you want quiet do not stay here. AA
