“Not centrally located but great”
Very impressed. Clean, well-provided room at a real value-for-money rate. Superb breakfast. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Particular thanks to Daniel (barman) and Wiktor (waiter) for helping make my last night so happy and memorable.
“Nice and affordable”
Clean, comfortable with good restaurant. Executive rooms have separate bedrooms and a small sitting room. Standard rooms are rather small. AC works well. Service is very friendly. This is not a romantic hotel but it is perfect for business guests.
“Good business hotel in Katowicwe”
Good hotel, with excellent service, including pick up from Airport as my arrival time was near midnight, which is a 32 Km drive to the Hotel. Excellent breakfast, WiFi included in cost - stay was very comfortable. TV in the room was excellent HD viewing, could do with some more English channels, other than SKY news.
“Best breakfast ever”
It's a nice, clean hotel but located outside of town. They serve the best breakfast!
“Decent but far from the centre”
The hotel is decent - clean, the choice of breakfast dishes is quite wide. However it is far from the centre and there is nothing around - a park, petrol station, fair venue and residential districts. While living on the last floor of the hotel I faced problems with water in the bathroom - the stream of water in the shower was so weak and cold that it was hard for me to take a shower.
“Bon pour une nuit pas plus”
Personnel charmant, prix tres correct, petit dej et parking inclus, et équipement bébé disponible, restaurant super, accueil carte et addition, mais chambre exiguë bien que très moderne, l'hôtel est bruyant à cause d'une mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres. Recommande uniquement lorsqu'on est de passage, nous y avions séjourné une nuit en allant de Varsovie à Vienne.
“Not real Best Western”
Never again will stay there. I wanted to have a good dinner after a long travel but in the restaurant it was meeting with loud voices, I was waiting very long for my meals and reimbursement to my credit card. I was told that I have some toiletry in my room and there wasn't nothing. After request i got some from the front desk. And it is more complains...
“Sympa, pas cher mais repère de fêtards!”
Si on recherche des nuits calmes ou qu'on est accompagné d'un bébé, il vaut mieux ne pas avoir le sommeil léger
