Une horreur, l'hôtel comme le site hôtel.com
HORRIBLE... mais l'hôtel n'est pas le seul responsable! Merci hôtel.com, à notre arrivée, l'hôtel était fermé. Nous avons trouvé un homme de maintenance qui a bien voulu nous ouvrir une chambre sans chauffage ni eau chaude. Pas la peine de parler de l'absence de la demi-pension. Un manque de professionnalisme presque incroyable de la part du site et de l'hôtelier.

Great location
That was good idea to read all the comments which were helpful. Instead of the superior room with the sea view they wanted to give us the one with the basement view but my husband managed to have the family room with the sea view. The furniture, bed, mattress were old and the air conditioner was working really bad as well as wifi connection. But all of these can be forgiven for the hotel location 'cos it's really great. It's situated at the beach.

It’s probably unique place for treatment of wi-fi addiction - no internet access in 21 century! Unbelievable! Second, the entire place has unbearable odor. Third, for six days there was no cleaning service or change of towels and bedding. The only good thing was the decent meals. In sum, never again in this hotel.

A candid assessment
Most of the staff did their best to make sure we were well looked after; as always there were a couple of slackers and some grumpy employees but for the most part the hotel was very comfortable and the food was always tasty.

Unzumutbar,Familienzimmer gebucht und Doppelzimmer mit unzureichender Austattung bekommen ,Kinder mussten auf notdürftig hergerichteter Couch nächtigen ,auf Beschwerden darauf hin wurde nicht eingegangen , Essen war eine Katastrophe trotz Halbpension ,Pool war komplett grün und keine Bar und Sonnenschirme vorhanden! Reinigung alle 3 Tage und nicht wie beschrieben täglich ! Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen !!

schöne Lage und toller Strand und Meer, aber es ist ziemlich dreckig, es gibt Ameisen, die Bettwäsche ist fleckig, es gibt Spinnweben. Nach unserer Ankunft bemängelten wir, dass die Bettwäsche schmutzig war und Ameisen im Zimmer waren und das Badezimmer schlecht roch.Erst am vierten Tag kamen sie, um die Bettwäsche zu wechseln und zu reinigen. Sehr unprofessionelles Personal an der Rezeption. Das Essen ist jeden Tag absolut gleich, eintönig und ohne große Auswahl. Der Pool ist beschädigt und gefährlich für kleine Kinder, da sich der Kunststoff um den Pool herum löst und bricht, sodass sich Kinder leicht schneiden können. Das Restaurant- und Strandpersonal ist sehr freundlich, aber alles andere ist leider sehr schlecht.

Vi hade myror på rummet, ingen städning under 4 dagar, smutsigt i korridorer i hela hotellet och det stank sopor i hela hotellet. Jag skulle inte rekommendera maten på hotellet, frukosten och middag. För ett fyrstjärnigt hotell var det mat som passade till ett-två stjärnigt .

Hotel and services are on average. Location is very nice - next to the beach. From time to time there were no hot water. Breakfast and dinner were ok but almost every day one and the same.

Αν ξέρει κανείς οτι στα τέλη Οκτωβρίου η Σιθωνία και η Τορώνη είναι σχεδόν έρημες αλλά ήσυχες και πολύ όμορφες, τότε θα περάσει καλά. Το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται μια ανανέωση και επισκευές σε βασικά πράγματα αλλά είχε ότι θα ήθελε κανείς για μια μικρή διαμονή, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και πολύ καλή τιμή.

From my side of view it was very nice. Modest room but cleaned every morning. 10 seconds from the beach. The breakfast was ok. Our room was very quiet. friendly staff. One minus is the slippery side of the beatifull pool.We enjoyed our stay.

Ho soggiornato in un appartamento economy con a disposizione quattro letti a piano terra. Appartamento comodo e spazioso ma bisognevole di una radicale ristrutturazione soprattutto nella zona bagno. Il personale era tutto favoloso: gentile, cordiale. Un appunto sulla cena: un po' ripetitiva.Per concludere: se non fosse per l'appartamento decadente,vi darei un 10 con lode!

Единственное ,что омрачило отдых в данном отеле - по приезду ,несмотря на заранее оплаченное проживание в отеле ,не оказалось свободных номеров и хотели предложить остановиться в другом отеле этой же сети,но оказалось, что он более низкой категории.Далее номер все же нашелся, и с их слов, даже дали более высшей категории ,чем был оплачен.В целом, отель наверно неплох для Халкидиков ,так как особенно роскошных там мало. Номер в новом корпусе просторный, кровать тоже. Но нет чайника, не нашла фена для волос. Есть хорошая террасса,где можно отдохнуть с видом на зеленую лужайку. Море и пляж отличные, поселок Торони вообще удачно расположен,так как во время поездки по Халкидикам я поняла,что не все курортные поселки расположены вблизи от моря, и с пляжем проблемы. Питание неплохое,но не очень разнообразное. Есть многочисленные таверны,где можно пообедать недорого. Есть бассейн, массажи и СПА за доплату.Уборка номера хорошая. В целом,отдых на четверку.

The hotel has a very good position, near sea (30m).The cleaning of the room was excellent.The view of our room was to the pool.Unfortunately, the breakfast is not very good, is the same in every day. The coffee is very bad.Also the signal of WiFi is bad and sometimes is missing. The sunbeds is free but you are obliged to take a drink from the beach bar.

We checked in a room very different compared with that we booked. It was smaller, with 1 less bed, without LCD tv and in any case very different with the photos of the room we booked. The reception was unprofessional. First tried to convince us that the room they give us is the same with that we booked. After, they said that we have right but there is no other room available. Then they promised that we will change room next day. Next day they told us that we will have to stay more 2 days at the same room. Finally, from our 6 nights stay, we spend our 3 days to a room very different from what we booked. They ruined our vacations. Stay away.

The Ghost Town Resort
We went on the 9th November and the area had closed down, no shops no restaurants, the Hotel had no staff, we got relocated after one day, the place shuts at the end of September but Hotels.com and The Toroni Blue Sea don't let you know, no way is it a 4 star I wouldn't give it two, lots of dogs and dog mess, the beach is the only good thing about the place!

Das Hotel war überbucht. Statt des gebuchten und schon bezahlten Familienzimmers mit Meerblick bekamen wir ein Standartzimmer mit 4 Betten vollgestellt mit einen Blick auf eine Mauer und parkende Autos.Es lag neben den Personalunterkünften im Keller auf dem Flur roch es unangenehm. Es war zunächst kein anderes Zimmer frei, der Manager war nicht erreichbar. Nach 2 Tagen bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick jedoch ebenso klein. Nach weiteren Beschwerden sollten wir am dritten Tag ein Familienzimmer bekommen es war aber noch nicht frei.Wir gaben dann auf,weil wir statt Warten und Umziehen auch mal Urlaub haben wollten und nur 5 Tage hatten.Die Rezeption wurde von einer Praktikantin geleitet die nett war aber keinerlei Kompetenzen hatte.

In a new wing, family rooms are very good(new furniture, lot of space, big bathroom, always hot water, every day service, nice view on see (pool)! Food is good and have a lot of different meals, but with spices characteristic for Greek kitchen (maybe not suitable for all)! Staff is very kind and helpful! Lot of parking space, and lot of mosquito's!!! Beach is on one minute from hotel, very clean, sea water is excellent!

L'albergo non sarebbe male, se non fosse che i servizi troppo spesso sono carenti. Contestualizzo brevemente la nostra espeirenza: io, mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo le prime due settimane dell'agosto 2015 con formula a mezza pensione. Ecco il nostro giudizio: Pulizia delle camere - Buono, tutti i giorni vengono cambiati gli asciugamani e se non erro anche le lenzuola. Il fatto è che a volte il servizio di lavaggio non sempre sostiene i ritmi di un cambio cosi frequente, per cui per qualche giorno siamo rimasti senza tappetino della doccia, per un giorni senza asciugamani piccoli, e per un giorno abbiamo rischiato di non avere nulla; solo dopo due solleciti siamo riusciti a ottenere gli asciugamani grandi per poterci fare la doccia... Cibo - Troppo. ma veramente troppo ripetitivo. Rumore - Qui forse dipende dalla struttura della costruzione quasi ad anfiteatro, ma fino alle 23 c'è un rumore di fondo veramente troppo eccessivo soprattutto per chi vuole fare dormire un bambino piccolo. Wi-Fi - Penoso. Funziona solo nei punti comuni e solo nelle ora di minor punta. Sicurezza - Anche qui qualche aspetto dolente: aperto al passaggio di tutti anche vicino alle camere, la sera poco illuminato.

Hotel for people at all years of age
Nice location near the sea, cleanness (inside and outside), very good staff and a program for animation of the child in the middle of the day (in hot hours). Only they have to improve the food. At all, I recommend visiting this hotel.

Man kan se på hele hotellet forfall , dørene tetter dårlig den ene natt lampa manglet lyspære den andre var borte , krana på badet var korroder og vanskelig å åpne . Badet var fult av maur . Vi kjøpte rom med halvpensjon frokost var ok , men middagen var variert kvalitet og bufen var stadig vek tom , så man måtte vente på maten eller komme tilbake . Foresten var ingen drikke inkludert ikke vann engang man måtte kjøpe alt .

Vi fick några sköna soliga dagar i Toroni som är ett ganska litet och ganska lugnt ställe med en lång strand. Vi slappade också vid Toroni Blue Sea Hotel & Spas fina pool, och tränade även i deras gym.

erster Aufenthalt in Griechenland hat uns super gut gefallen, tolle Landschaft,Superstrände und klares Wasser in wunderbaren Farben. Haben mit einem günstigen Leihwagen die 3 Chalkidikifinger erkundet - Schiffstour entlang der Athosinsel und Stadtbesuch in Thesssaloniki gemacht.

Wir waren enttäuscht!
Reisezeit Ende Oktober, ausserhalb der Saison: nur 1 Person (leider nur griechisch-sprachig) für Rezeption und Service/Bedienung Essen, in der Küche war o. g. Person mit zwei älteren Helfer beim kochen, Zimmer staubig, Abendessen nicht in Buffettform - es gab ein Gericht, welches jeder Gast bekam; keine Getränke zum Abendessen - auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen gab es nur "Beer or Cola", Spa-Bereich geschlossen, Pool ohne Wasser, ein Stückchen Meerblick (EG-Zimmer) über leeren Pool hinweg, Frühstück: Weißbrot, 1 Sorte Käse, 1 Sorte Schinken, Honig, Marmelade.

very poor room mattresses very worn blanket had holes in it, very run down ,needs complete overhaul, was up graded to half board but still spoil t holiday
