Staff asked us if we were in town for anything special & I mentioned that it was a girls weekend of sorts to celebrate my daughter's bday. Shortly after we got to our room, staff brought up a basket of goodies & a card. My daughter loved it! Super kind gesture!

The hotel is conveniently located and the resteraunt was good. The hotel staff was not a helpful as one would expect at the price of the rooms. The door handle did not work properly and we were unable to get in the room. I had to go back down to find out the trick to make the door handle work. That trick had to be performed multiple times to get the door to open once. The HVAC system did not work propely, we had to sweat or hang meat. The wallpaper in the bathroom appeared to have drywall mud or paint all over. Again,for the price of the room, they should be near perfect. They did not provide any solition to these issues, so the next morning we requested to be moved to a different room, which they did do. After that we had no other issues and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

I was called by staff at 1:30 for a noise complaint when we had been asleep since close to 11:00. She was very rude and adamant that we were creating a disturbance. I would suggest in the future you are certain about whom is making a disturbance. I had an excellent meal at Crave and was absolutely sound asleep when I received that call. Do better. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay as it’s a beautiful place to celebrate the ones you love.
