Poor checking experience. Employees not helping finding solution for easy problem and when you provide the solution asking them to take care of your jet lag partner for 20 min, they ignore it and let her fall asleep in the lobby, without even offering water. Other employees do not say hello/ thank you and block the elevator for their own use (once your in it)

Cigrette smoke smelling
The room was smelling cigarette smoke horribly. I could not sleep and woke up with headaches and nausea. Rooms are really noisy and breakfast is really weak. Despite good location of the hotel I will certainly never go back. For the same price you have much nicer hotel, maybe less stars but better services.

Établissement correct, au dessus de la ligne verte du métro direct avec l’aéroport à environ 20mn ce qui est très appréciable. Cependant la propreté n’était pas au rendez vous au regard du prix, plus de 100€, par nuit. Fourmis, cheveux dans la salle de bain, douche, sur les serviettes et également draps tachés et pas « impeccable ». Le petit déjeuné n’est pas commode avec nos coutumes, alors certes il y a du choix mais pour les habitués du breakfast typiquement asiatique, nouilles, haricots rouges... nous avions des corn flecks nature et du pain de mie. Sinon le personnel est très agréable nous sommes tombés sur des gens top !

Lifts are totally over crowded with the need to wait 10min. Breakfast ist not worth the 15SGD. Pool ist very nice with offered Pool towels. Try to get a room away from the lift.

Hotel location may seem away from city center but still very easy to access to underground train or MRT. The hotel condition is fair, though looks dated but still function and acceptable clean; suitable for a traveller who spends most time out from the room. Wi-Fi is available in the room for free with separate SSID and password this is nice for a little extra security; Wi-Fi speed is fine. I like the power outlet next to the bed which may be very important now a day for people who like to scroll social media before sleep or reach out the first thing in the morning.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location! The room was smelly, the pillow cover was dirty with stains, the toilet smelled like sewage, and some spots on the ceiling were cover with mold.

ラベンダー駅地上に出て徒歩1分でホテル着。暑い国なので助かります。ファーストフードはホテル出て1分以内で、歩き回らず直ぐ食べれます。ただエレベーターが6基あるのに時間が掛かるのが難点。便利なのでリピートしてもいいホテルです。

I was expecting better based on the price. Room was super small, it was impossible to open two suitcases at the same time. There were some minor stains in the towels. Location is okay. Very close to MRT. Check in took forever.

Small, but Comfortable.
V Hotel Lavender is a great hotel in a great location. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but they are clean and the bed was comfortable. Access to transit was great (plenty of bus stops and MRT access at the hotel). There are plenty of food options close by as well. We would stay here again.
