They returning off a roof on a Saturday right above my window and it was quite noisy. They also had a lift running past my window. I understand construction Hass to be done, but I was not told of this happening on the weekend. The following Monday, a lift went by my window with men in it, and that concern me with my girlfriend with me.

Lady at the counter was very helpful. Website put us in a room different than what we booked but we were quickly and politely placed in a room like the one we booked.

The hotel is near the highway. The road noise is very loud. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Also the carpet was dirty.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and tell them all about the whole staff there and Hskp were are great and had awesome breakfast and was different every morning

Thought the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are going through renovations so not the best time to stay.

The front desk staff was nice and the hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. However, there were some things around the room that needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bedroom curtains had mildew and mold on them; the alarm clock had brown stuff in the cracks (not sure if it was spilled coffee or food or dirt); the fan in the bathroom was covered in thick dust and didn’t appear to have been cleaned all year. Other than that, things were comfy and we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness was good and the room was nice but the bathroom was a disaster. Lights turned on and off by themselves all night; it was hard to look in the bathroom mirror because the lights flickered with a strobe effect (when I asked them to fix it they just said "that's normal") and one of the towel bars was coming off the wall.

Decent, but unnecessary problems
The staff generally did a good job, and the beds and breakfast and overall comfort were great. The hotel was listed as recently renovated, and it looked great in some ways (new carpet, surfaces, etc.). However, the renovation was only partial -- there were signs in every nook and cranny of the "old" hotel, like an area that was never painted or a rotting piece of trim. Then, there were other cosmetic signs of a serious lack of maintenance, like several room numbers having fallen off (replaced with only a paper printout) on multiple floors, door hardware that didn't work properly, and so on. The big one for me is that our sink barely drained. It took a good 15 minutes for it to go down. We notified the front desk immediately and were told it would either be fixed or we would be relocated. Well, after being gone all day and returning for the second night of our stay, the drain was still useless and we had no recourse provided. So, on most of the bigger things, it was a fine stay, but these other incidental issues really tarnished the broader experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is not very nice. It smelled of mildew. There was no stopper for the bathtub, and they did not have any at the front desk. They offered us a couple of hand towels to plug up the bath instead *eye roll*. The pool was closed, which was hugely disappointing as that was part of the reason I booked the room. Overall, I don't plan on booking this hotel again. We visit the area frequently as we have family there, and this place isn't worth the cost.

Although the initial view of room was clean , no one came back to clean or give towels, etc. we stayed 4 nights. A notice in room said room would be cleaned on third day. When that didn’t happen, we ask why and were told the notice is old and anyway they were too busy. Not good. Toilet was loose, sink cracked… pool was closed and it didn’t look like they tried to rectify. And room phone didn’t call desk Breakfast was very good and clean

The whole experience was awful we had bugs in our room. Our toilet was not properly secured down, every time we sat down we felt like it would break. The hallways had no lights, our room number was broken off on the floor. Every time I asked for a manager I was told no.

The room was nice and the bed was super nice. They seem like they were going through upgrades because the molding between the wall and the carpet was missing on the whole 4th floor. Plus they had conxex boxes outside taking up quite a bit of parking. That being said I would definitely stay here again just based on how nice the staff was. I cant wait to see what changes if any are being made.

Good service but not the cleanest.
The hotel was nice enough. There were drip marks down the 3rd floor walkway when we arrived and still there when we checked out the following day. The tub had a chunk of the finish missing and the over all cleanliness was just sub par. The location was great. Everyone was very friendly.
