“Memorial weekend Stay”
Hotel was in very good condition. Worked well for the family. Great steakhouse across the parking lot.

With some other hotels in the area charging way more, we expected TownePlace Suites to be a bit of a dive. We were shocked at what a nice, clean and friendly hotel it turned out to be! The staff were accessible, friendly, and generally warm & helpful. The room was extremely comfortable, the location was beautiful, and the price was unbeatable!
“Would definitely pick this hotel again”
Very new hotel. Cleanliness is superb. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The quality for the money was fantastic. I wish I was able to stay for longer.
“Best Place For a Stop Over”
I was very impressed about this hotel. My travels led me to this place, which was between where I was coming from to the place I am headed to. I was only there for a night, but the service was great! The Front Desk Personnel was professional, informative and even shared a lot about the surrounding areas. The room accommodations were great, full kitchen, utensils, pot and pans. A great sized refrigerator and such comfortable bed and lounge chair. The bathroom is also surprising; very roomy and clean. The continental breakfast was good and adequate, but don't expect too much. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or if you will be there for a long business trip. It is located centrally to a list of eateries and close to a major highway.
“Clean, quiet hotel and friendly staff”
Large rooms, clean, quiet hotel and friendly staff. I came for 3 days and stayed much longer. There are few restaurants in a near by plaza. The hotel is 1 mile from the Oaks shopping mall.
“Home Away From Home”
This is my favorite hotel in Thousand Oaks!! I've stayed here many times while visiting family, and I would recommend Towne Place Suites to anyone. It is my favorite hotel hands down!
