“Great place for a family”
I was very happy with this hotel. It is being upgraded and modernized, they are doing a great job, and are still able to offer a very competitive price. I was most impressed with the linens, they all appeared newer and a nice quality for a hotel in this rate class. The staff could not be more helpful. I will definately stay here again.
“Great option on the area”
This hotel is remarkable clean and comfort, and its personnel really provide excellent service. The continental breakfast is really good. I do not know during weekdays but in the weekend we stayed it was very calm and quiet, even though there were many guests. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back whenever traveling to that area.
“Staying again for sure”
This hotel is very nice and a good value. It is well taken care of and nicely landscaped. The front desk staff was very friendly. The Continental Breakfast is good, everything from cereals to waffles. Hot tub was great but the pool was a little cool. Nice place.
“Reliable accomodation for those on a budget”
Its been 3 years since we first stayed here, when it was called Oaks Lodge. We have family in the area & its easier to stay at a hotel. It was good back then. We are always on a budget & suits our needs. Since our last visit its had a facelift. Accommodation still pretty much the same, but spruced, with new reception/lobby & improved breakfast area. The buffet breakfast is extended & offers greater range, from cereal, bread, bagels, fruit, boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, fruit juice etc. Rooms are simple, comfortable & come with coffee maker, fridge & microwave, we found v.useful (get some extra plastic cutlery at breakfast as none is provided in the rooms). Our room was clean, and the housekeeping staff will service your room every day, inc. fresh towels etc. The hotels very close to the freeway, so if you dont like traffic noise, ask for a room nearer the lobby, a bit further from the freeway. The hotel Staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel grounds are pleasant & we used the outdoor spa-bath once which was lovely and hot. We also used the guest laundry room (have plenty of quarters handy for the washer and dryer). Quality Inns & Suites Thousand Oaks is close to several stores, new Oaks shopping Mall, and Dennys Diner (just across the road). More shops and places to eat 2 mins drive away. Our recent stay in April 2009 was very good. We are planning a return trip to see family again in Aug/Sept 2009 & will make a reservation with Quality Inns and Suites Thousand Oaks.
“Great Location”

“Best hotel for the price”
great location, very good price. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I could have stayed there for the whole 3 months if i had not been able to find an apartment for a cheaper price.
“Wonderfull Stay”
I had booked a room with a king bed for three nights and the stay was wonderful. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Great value for the money.
“Charming Place with Friendly & Helpful Staff”
What a wonderful find. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were charming and well maintained - lovely pool, well trimmed and maintained lawn with two nice gazebo's. The breakfast was comparable to other places we've stayed. All at a very good price. If you're expecting a posh hotel, you'll be disappointed. But if you want a comfortable, clean and pleasant place to stay - you'll be very happy.
“Would for sure go back”
This is a nice hotel for a good price. Continetal breakfast was good. Hotel is well taken care of.
“up to par for the quality inn.”
Nice place to stay and would stay there again. But the pool and the hot tub where closed. Other then that everything was up to par for the Quality Inn. Lot of stores and resturants near bye.
